5 ★je n'arrive pas à connecter plus d'un smartphone
1 ★Il s'agit de la pire application que je n'ai jamais installé. Je ne donne jamaison avis sur une application mais je vais faire une exception car vu le prix c'est tout simplement scandaleux. Rien ne marche pas même une simple réinitialisation de mot de passe. Tous les comportements de bases sont inconsistents. Les temps de reconnexion sont inacceptable alors même que je suis sur le même réseau local en wifi. Les notification ne marchent pas. Cerise sur le gâteau la dernière update a tout détruit. A fuir d'urgence, rendez le produit si ce n'est pas trop tard. This is the worst app I have ever had. Nothing works correctly in it. I never give my opinion but I will make it an exception knowing the outrageous price. Everything is inconsistent. Even the forgot my password link crash the app reconnect timings sucks, battery usage is way beyond fu***d up, push notifications don't work properly. And it wouldn't be a perfect failure if the update wouldn't break everything. Avoid at all cost and give it back for a refund while you still have the chance!
1 ★After months of waiting our 2 Remis finally arrived for Christmas presents for our 2 and 5 year olds, who were so excited about the idea. I should have tried it before giving it to them as they are broken hearted that this piece of junk won't work. I installed the update on my computer as prompted and can add it each Remi to my Bluetooth on my phone but I can't seem to communicate with the Remi to access any of its features. It sucks and is a huge disappointment to both the kids and adults this Christmas day.
1 ★Really poor customer service. My wife and I waited through two years and numerous promised shipping dates to get this product. Urban Hello is very unresponsive to emails. When they do actually respond it's apparent that they don't really want to help. Regardless of the performance of this app or product (which, btw, isn't that good) I wouldn't recommend it based on my interactions with the manufacturer.
1 ★Not at all impressed. I was expecting to be able to easily control my REMI from my phone but it is a nightmare! I have to start and stop music on the device (and even that is awkward) The sleep tracking doesn't update (I only have the information for the first 2 nights of use), baby monitor won't connect, can't change the night light brightness, the volume of music or start and stop music which is stored on the device from the app. Overall totally useless and makes the product almost useless too. Such a shame as the layout of the app is user friendly and with it working would provide a very good pairing of app and device. Much work needed and soon for all of us who put our faith in UrbanHello and waited double the predicted time for our REMI devices. Edit: Since the last app update 2 days ago it has started working again, let's see how long it lasts! Still dreadful customer service as I have had no replies to emails about issues at all. Still not changing my star rating as I want proof first that it will continue to function correctly.
1 ★Just utter rubbish, like the company lack of respect for the product I'm not even going to list the amount of issues. The company clearly don't understand what you need from a baby monitor. What you want as a parent is a baby monitor that WORKS, this does NOT. Waste of time and money. Will I get a refund for an absolutely useless product. Doesn't even deserve a star but have to give a star to write a review
3 ★It's great when it works, it's annoying when it doesn't. One day I was able to use the baby monitor feature and since then I haven't been able to.

1 ★Latest app update has deleted the faces saved on the sleep schedule (the whole point of the device for our 18 month old). When I try to update it again or do anything at all, I'm told Remi has no connection (even though, on rebooting it, it finds the right time which presumably must be coming from the net). Can't get Bluetooth to connect either to try taking it off and putting it back on the WiFi. Only set it up yesterday and it's already useless.
1 ★Remi hardware keeps freezing on the latest update 0109 This product is far from unfinished. Way too many bugs to list
2 ★Tracker, bed time settings and night light seem to work fairly flawlessly for me. Love the tracking, especially. Baby monitor still doesn't connect even after most recent update. Additionally, the app loses connectivity with the REMI way more often than it should. Also, can you please add an option in the music tab to loop sound files so it'll play all night?
1 ★Useless. Says it does not support bluetooth 4, yet the box the thing came in says it does.
