1 ★Considering you advertise this at every opportunity I would of thought you'd at least made sure it worked! I travel from Plymouth to London once a month and this app has only ever worked once. Either get it to work or stop advertising it.

1 ★Well... My first try of this app was yesterday, and it was beyond slow,like an old dial up the pages loaded that slowly. I gave up after 10minutes, and on the 2nd coach on the way home it wouldn't connect at all!No app, no WiFi, very disappointing

1 ★Waste of time why not just put normal Wi-Fi on the coaches tried to go on it and just say no Wi-Fi when it is connected wouldn't even bother downloading it (.)(.) :)

1 ★Terrible app, National express was so much better with just free WiFi it had on its buses. I'm a frequent traveller and use nat express 1 a month or so. This app is the bane of my travels, doesn't even load 99.9% of the time and if you don't download the app you can watch only a commercial for a new movie on the site. Debating changing bus services because this is so frustrating.

1 ★Doesn't work. At all. These coaches are an internet black hole and I was on 10 ride to Glasgow. I couldn't even WhatsApp someone to moan about it.😡 Thank God for conventional texting.
