What do you do regarding the hygiene of a felyx e-scooter?
Both the scooters and the helmets are cleaned and disinfected daily. All e-scooters are equipped with helmets and hair nets.
I don't live in a felyx city, can I rent an e-scooter
Yes, you can! Registering in the Netherlands is quick and easy, provided that you have a (temporary) Dutch home address. That means it's ideal if you want to use the felyx e-scooter sharing app for one or a few days. In Brussels, you can also drive as a tourist with a foreign address.
How much does felyx cost?
With felyx, the minute price is €0.33/min. Do you want to park the e-scooter for a while, but keep it for later use? Use the parking mode. At the moment, you don't pay any registration fee!
Do I need to have a driver's license and if so, what sort?
Class B (which also allows you to drive a car), class A or a moped license (class AM).
Can I drive and park outside a service area?
You can drive the felyx e-scooter outside the green marked areas in the app. However, activating and ending the rental is only possible within those green areas. It is possible to use the parking mode outside the service area at €0.10 p/m (NL) and €0.15 p/m (BE). The service area for a given city can be found on the map in the app. Make sure you park the e-scooter properly: don't block the footpath for pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams.

1 ★Wow, what a terrible app! I had a ton of trouble just to register. Buttons stayed inactive and stuff like that. Also, it did not accept a promo code I had. The servicedesk clerk just shrugged and told me that it didn't work if it didn't work. And now they ask me to proof that the promo code is valid. I removed the app right away.
5 ★Love it, addicted to it already. The app never gives me any problems, sometimes the scooters have some issues but you can always call the help desk and they help immediately! Like one time I couldn't open my scooter to but the helmet back after riding. I called and in a minute the issues was fixed and I was able to put it in and end the trip! Great!! Also love that the zones are now coloured in, much easier to see! Please expand more to Amsterdam Noord
1 ★The map that navigates you to a scooter is terrible. I unlocked some scooters that didn't work and I still had to pay. Phoned Felyx for a reimbursement but they referred me to their email address -- I sent an email but they didn't reply. Poor service that's why I rate them bad.

Credit card option failed: your app has been rejected by two of my banks on security grounds; the remaining option is direct charge of my account but now I'm hesitant to let you do it. A word of warning to other users: two major Dutch banks distrusted this app, so...
5 ★New comer to Rotterdam. The app hasn't caused me any issues so far, and the GPS is pretty accurate (this could also be affected by your phone). Overall I'm super satisfied so far, had around 5 drives without any issues. I'd like to see loyalty points
1 ★Very hard to create a account. If you did a mistake, you cannot fix it and delete account. Then you cannot create new one because cannot use same bank account. This app has lots of issue. They are very bad with UK design. Be careful..

1 ★Hate this app, can't log in more than just once a while!! The app freezed and charged me 15 mins for doing nothing. In addition to that, in the night it stopped working and couldn't get back home! Worst app, EVER!!
3 ★Scooters stop working after 1 o'clock, so if your train is late and you missed the last metro, its quite a let down. Not everyone is using them just for joy rides... Otherwise app is pretty good for what it does.
1 ★I get logged out every single time. Together with the forced 2 factor auth... Not workable at all... Fix your security holes, because I see way too many 12 year olds on your scooters, but don't break your only UI to your customers....
4 ★cool idea and everything works pretty well. except the city centre of the hague.is very difficult to figure out with the map, should use colored blocks (like the ios app) to show the zones so you leave the scooter in the right spot after use!
