現在地から病院までの行き方や診察順番を閲覧できる情報の提供を行います。近年、病院を取り巻く環境は、ますます厳しくなると同時に、患者からの様々な要望が病院に挙がるようになりました。そんな中、私たち富士通システムズ・ウエストは、"質の良い医療"を提供する事はもちろん、病院という環境でありながら、"心地よさ"や"安心感"、"少しゆったり出来るような優しい環境"づくりを目指す病院に対して「患者に選ばれる病院」となるようお手伝いをしています。
こうした"心地よさ"や"安心感"、"少しゆったり出来るような優しい環境"づくりを目指す病院に関わる患者・職員・出入業者に対して、病院に対する不満や改善点をヒアリングした結果、「診察順番待ち」や「病院までの行き方や複雑な施設構造」、「院内の検査や疾患情報の収集方法」に対する不満が多くあることが分かりました。
また、職員・出入業者からは、「病院に訪問する出入り業者の管理やコミュニケーション」に関わる要望が挙げられ、それらを改善する必要があることも分かりました。
以上の結果を基に、私たち富士通システムズ・ウエストは、患者・職員・出入業者の立場に立ち、不満の改善を図るべく対応したandroidアプリケーション「eMe delivery」を提案します。
eMe deliveryでは、患者から多く上がった不満である「診察順番待ち」と「病院までの行き方や複雑な施設構造」、「院内の検査や疾患情報の収集方法」に着目し、診察順番が来た際の呼び出し通知やWeb上での診察順番の確認、病院までの行き先の案内、その他病院に関する情報の参照ができるサービスを提供し、患者満足度向上を目指します。
これらのサービスでは、現在地から病院までの行き方の提案、病院に関する有益な情報の提供を行います。
