1 ★I was hoping for a relaxing evening with beautiful smells but this product has given me nothing but stress. It just won't connect and helpline is not helpful either. Argh

4 ★Not the app, the genie... After countless hours struggling, travelling from Leeds to Chester to visit Rituals, and eventually back to Spain (girlfriend is Spanish) taking the genie in a check in bag, we worked out it is "a problem with early genies". They set up a new one to check if it worked, and we did the same at home. My house is now a scent or headache inducing heaven depending on how high you set it. App could have some more functionality like different times for different days, anyway.

1 ★Diffuser cannot be added to app. Rituals... what are you doing to fix this huge issue so many of us are having? Customer service cannot help. I feel totally ripped off

5 ★Ich bin sehr sehr glücklich über den Kauf, bei mir hat die Einstellung nach der sehr leicht verständlich erklärten Anleitung sofort geklappt, obwohl ich jemand bin, der eher immer Probleme damit hat. Es ist schon ein Erlebnis, die Genie auszupacken. Allein das empfand ich schon als Wellness pur. Die Verpackung, wunderschön,alles wie von Aladins Hand zu öffnen, sehr klar, sehr puristusch, ser entspannend. Die App wunderschön anzusehen und entspannend zu bedienen. Funktioniert toll. Namaste!

1 ★Aplicação muito má. Não consigo nem por nada ligar o aparelho à aplicação. Dinheiro deitado ao lixo porque só consigo ligar manualmente o aparelho, algo que não vale o dinheiro que paguei pelo aparelho. Depois de quase um ano o problema ainda persiste.... Mesmo com tantas atualizações continua sem funcionar. Que dinheiro tão mal empregue :(
