A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Disappointed in this app; wouldn't rely on it for accurate data regarding time in speech or coil off. Half the time it reads "processor disconnected" when its connected. Also there is no back-up processor pairing/syncing functionality, so not only does it provide an inaccurate representation of time in speech & coils off due to not syncing between processors; you also have to unpair 1 processor before pairing the other. The battery life & tracker functions are a plus, but overall inconvenient.
2 ★Well the reviews have not gotten attention for I have many difficulties adjusting to this app. It great I can have other resources to connect to but constantly changing my aid within less than a second. You really need to read and get your reviews up to higher standard. Cochlear implant is great but your work goals to help us is not helping.
5 ★Great companion app for your cochlear implants. Makes it a lot easier to switch modes, Bluetooth from a device and check your battery status.
2 ★Do not work!!!! Followed instructions to turn off then back on. To no avail! Can't turn volume up or down because appa does not contact after numerous tries!!!!
4 ★I am using a Samsung Note20 5G Ultra, I have no problems with this app. I would like to suggest creating a widget to be able to make adjustments quicker and more user friendly.
5 ★Works pretty well. Haven't had too many issues with the app not finding my processor. I do wish the battery tracker was more intuitive. The battery icon makes it look like each level is 25%, but when it hits the last one, it actually means it's about to die. So the others are maybe 33%? Not clear. If there's a way to do a percentage, even if it goes in 10% increments, that would be a lot better.
2 ★I have an N7 and Samsung 7s running Android. At some point every day the app will indicate that it can't find the processor. I go through turning the processor off and on. Doesn't do the trick. I put the phone next to my head. Doesn't do it either. Restart my phone. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. Pretty frustrating especially if you're in a situation that you would to fine tune the settings. Please don't say "contact support or your local rep", they just have to kick upstairs. The lack of streaming without the microphone is pretty bad, too. Android has 84% of the market. That might mean that far more of your customers use Android. That's where you should put your focus. Are you listening?
2 ★Fabulous app when working properly. Audio sharpness and clarity is excellent. Easy to navigate and use. However, in the last several months I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least once a month or more even though the TV streamer continues to show that it is functioning however, my sound processor does not pick up TV audio.
4 ★Great so far. I have been using the app (instead of remote) for my new N7. One less thing I have to carry around with me. I think the only thing i would like to see is battery percentage. I personally think it would be great if users could actually tweak their device themselves, that way when we go in for adjustments. Our audiologist can see what we're doing and make adjustments based on that. Have 1 channel dedicated for self adjustment. Only the users truly knows what they hear.
1 ★I've only had the N7 for 1 day and the app keeps dropping my connection. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9. I had a connection to a MiniMic and it kept switching back and forth between the MiniMic and the phone. I finally had to turn off Bluetooth on my phone just to keep a connection with the MiniMic. But then, I have re-pair all over again once I turn Bluetooth back on. It would be nice to get a heads up warning when my battery is about to die. It just cuts out so I never know if my battery is really dead or if it's the app.
3 ★A much need app but takes Forever to connect. I mainly US this app with the TV streamer and it is very slow. Plus it drops out if I say, go to kitchen. Then I have to close it down, then restart to get it to connect again. This is nothing new. Been like this for 2 years since I've had my Cochlear. And they still have done nothing to fix this.
1 ★THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP!!! Part of the time it cannot find my processors! I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app! This app needs to be fixed ASAP!!! I have Android Oreo (Android 8.0.0.0) and Bluetooth version 5 on my phone!!! I had a person from Cochlear tell me that my phone is not advanced enough!!! This person did not know what they are talking about! This person also told me I need at least Android Lollipop 5 and Bluetooth version 4 on my phone!!! Well Android Oreo (Android 8.0.0.0) and Bluetooth version 5 are more advanced than Android Lollipop Version 5 and Bluetooth Version 4! I am really getting tired of this app not finding my processors when I need to use the app in order to use the MM2+ in class! FIX THIS APP, IT IS NOT WORKING!
