4 ★This is a very basic app. I can check my account balance and submit one claim at a time for one person on one date. You can't combine claims for different family members or different dates, but for that it works great, very easy to fill out, and you don't have to scan your docs...just click a picture.

1 ★Is there anything that Conexis does that actually works? Not only do they request documentation for every transaction but then they make it impossible to get that documentation to them. This app closes when you try to take a picture of the receipt or pick the picture from the gallery. Their website is the same. I am frustrated enough to cancel the whole thing. I might save pre tax money but I loose any advantage by the time waisted trying to use their sight and app to provide documentation for every transac

1 ★You are supposed to be able to upload documentation by taking a photo. Anytime I try this, the application doesn't allow me. It tells me myConexis has stopped (but it hasn't really). Please fix this!!!

1 ★This app worked great when I first got it. Easiest way to get reimbursed in my opinion. But now it is useless. When I sign in, I get messages telling me I have to have an account to log in. Then, if I can get logged in there are no choices for step 1 on the reimbursement screen. Please fix.

1 ★I'm a software tester, so this annoys me. I received an email from Conexis today touting this app as the easiest way to submit documents for reimbursement. How wonderful... If only it worked! As soon as I try to select or take a new photo, uh oh, CRASH! Please dedicate an analyst to correcting the problem if you are going to send out an email advising your customers how quick and easy it is to use the app! Come on, people. Get it together! 1 ★Log on occasionally works, accounts rarely show. When by chance they both work, reimbursement tab doesn't work. Waste of time. Please fix

1 ★I'm not sure what the point of the app is if you cannot use it to upload receipts. Also, no account information is loaded. The only thing you see is past transactions from the card which is not helpful if you cannot upload anything.
