1 ★they do not provide route transfer service. if u want to transfer your existing tickets to another route,they do not provide such services.and if u cancel those tickets just before 3-4 hrs. of the journey they also do not refund your amount.. not also 20-30%. they'll deduct 100%. they do not help or understand any emotional aspect.
4 ★Travelling through bus then I prefer to travel by Charted Bus , the facilites they provide to travellers is good and satisfying. I just want to say that the travellers for the route Bhopal to Ratlam are quite few or less such that sometimes the bus used to go all empty or carrying only 2 or 1 passengers, so regarding to this i want to sugggest that the bus should include common routes between Bhopal to Ratlam so that many passengers can travel through the bus i.e. from Bhopal to Ratlam.
2 ★Once you cancel one of two tickets booked, that pnr is removed from your bookings. Booking and cancellation history should be made available
5 ★Very nice behaviour of Staff and Ticket Booker. Very Helpful staff. Also very easy to use application.
1 ★3rd class app, they should provide net banking option instead of putting any xyz payment wallet !! Such a waste of time.

1 ★I booked ticket for Sagar from bhopal , money debited from my account , received booking id , but PNR not received , when called customer care they said app is under upgrade and booking is not confirmed . so book from Paytm or redbus After this call I received SMS to book from website. Then why this app is accepting payment when it is under maintenance.
