2 ★Mobile app does not give you the same experience as desktop. Buttons do not show as expected. The last 3 updates hung the application starting up, with no indication that a new update was required.

1 ★Horrible app, that does not work half the time. Click on a contact and it doesn't open just kicks you back to the contact list. Can't send emails through it. Complete garbage.

1 ★Awful. Not be able to log in with same password I have in my desktop. I have to just rest password over and over, but not working. I called IT and explain every thing, after a week nobody called me to help and send me email do I still have issue?!!! I unstalled it. Do some thing about it!!

2 ★Doesn't work reliably. It won't load contacts and it is very limited compared to what can be done on PC version. I have reinstalled multiple times. Can not update reminders.

4 ★Useless app. I had a ticket opened with tech support 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them since. For me the Zap system is only functional from a desktop. LG V40 phone. Update : tech support was finally able to get it working.

1 ★Still very frustrated since recent update. Now I don't have the blank blue screen, I have the spinning wheel of death on the Zap Main screen. Loved this app until this summer. I DESPISE it now. On the go functionally is gone.

1 ★Like every other review, app doesn't load, always get support emails saying "please try to update to the newest version". It is clear this app has no real support, the desktop version is fine but the mobile app is completely useless.
