1 ★Horrible service, I had cancelled my subscription and yet they kept billing me, when I asked for refund, they say they haven't received any cancellation request.
1 ★Cancelled cricket subscription because World Cup is not included in this package and the pricing is too much expensive that too you need to buy yearly plan. Uninstalled the App
4 ★Whilst the app is good and clear and I have no issues with the subscriptions I have paid for, I do find it really cheeky that there are adverts in between every over of the ICC Cricket World Cup and often times whoever is managing these adverts is cutting off actual gameplay. For being a paid subscription, there shouldn't be any adverts at all. I could understand if free to air, but for pay for, this should be advert-free. Very cheeky on your part. Which is why I won't give 5 stars.
1 ★I subscribed to a cricket plan that explicitly included access to the Cricket World Cup. However, I experienced a double deduction issue initially, followed by the sudden removal of my World Cup subscription. I was asked to pay an additional $30, which feels unfair and fraudulent. I request a prompt resolution and a refund for the extra charge.
1 ★Poor customer support. I have subscribed to annual plan, it worked few days and then stopped working. I have sent multiple emails to support and two tickets has been raised for the same but service is not restored yet. It has been 3 days and customer support did not restored the service yet. Ticket STARZPLAY Ticket: 00570524 Purchased subscription not working!! Ticket raised but no answer!!
1 ★I honestly don't understand the business model here. Invest in good content, some in-house, and some outside content (which I assume costs alot!). Then make it impossible for subscribers to watch the content! I have 1000mb Internet, and I still can't watch a show without continuous buffering. Admittedly it's mainly a problem with the TV app but still it's a problem you would expect 20 years ago. The response I can expect contact us on social media!
1 ★Crakcers is all I can describe this app as, as well as the service! We will take up to three business days to resolve your issue is the standard response. They certainly did not take that long when taking my money. I just cannot get this rubbish app to work. And then I will be told to contact customer service which I already have done and keep going in flippin circles.
5 ★worst customer support service, worst servers, they only care about your money they will charge you and take your money for nothing i can't watch anything and never got a reply from customer service!...... EDIT: i did contact on every address provided, but your team didn't reply and on my app menu that's the only option i had: ad sports nothing more, thanks for the understanding and have a good day.
1 ★Most pathetic app. Installed 2 hours back, subscribed to sports package but isn't working on my TV or mobile despite having an ultrafast network connection. Will cancel my subscription and will recommend to never use this app. They are cheaters
1 ★I am encountering an issue where despite canceling my subscription and reaching out via email twice, the subscription cost continues to be deducted from my bank account daily. Fortunately, my account is empty, but I am puzzled as to why these charges persist even after cancellation. I kindly request urgent assistance to resolve this matter, ensuring that future attempts to deduct the subscription cost are ceased promptly.
1 ★Pathetic! Horrible business model. starzplay advertise something else and provide something else to it's users. I have purchased a subscription for Live Cricket. But came to know that you need to pay for each Cricket Tournament separately. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that you need to purchase subscription on tournament/events basis. Useless!
1 ★The app completely stopped working. No notice no message. It resolved after week and now happening again since morning of 9th September. Disappointing for a subscription service to not work for no reason.
