Pour lancer son parcours d’intégration 100% digital, le Groupe Bouygues Construction a décidé de lancer à ses collaborateurs un Challenge Solidaire !De quoi s’agit-il ? Une façon ludique et engagée de découvrir ce nouveau programme de formation. Concrètement, c’est une application mobile de 6 jeux qui portent sur les contenus présents dans In’Pulse.
Ce parcours, dédié à tous les nouveaux entrants et ouvert plus largement à l’ensemble des collaborateurs, vous permettra de découvrir ou redécouvrir l’histoire, la culture et les grandes réalisations de Bouygues Construction en vous formant à ses fondamentaux. Il est disponible en 4 langues : français, anglais, allemand et espagnol.

Acteur engagé, Bouygues Construction a saisi l’opportunité du lancement de ce programme, pour créer un partenariat avec la Fondation d’Entreprise Terre Plurielle. Ainsi, pour chaque application téléchargée par un collaborateur du Groupe, 1€ sera reversé à une association sélectionnée.
Pour donner encore plus de sens à ce Challenge solidaire, nous avons choisi, en partenariat avec Terre Plurielle, des associations qui ont une action locale forte.
Ainsi 1 application téléchargée au UK = 1€ reversé à l’association choisie pour la zone UK, 20 téléchargements en Asie = 20€ pour l’association choisie pour l’Asie etc.
Alors, nous comptons sur vous pour vous mobiliser et pour jouer avec nous en téléchargeant l’application mobile In’Pulse. Faites grimper le compteur tout au long du mois de septembre !
