We appreciate your feedback!Welcome to the Liberty Health App. The App is designed for Liberty Health Cover (or Liberty Blue) members giving you easy access to your health care benefits.
Simply download the App, then login with your membership number and password, or register to use the App.
By logging in, you can:
* Show your provider proof of your Liberty Health Cover by selecting the ‘Membership Card’. The card will also show if your benefits are active.
* Access and use the ‘Emergency and other contact details’ for your local office. They will help you with general queries, pre-authorisation and medical emergencies.
* Send your queries to us directly from the App by selecting the ‘Submit enquiry’ button.
* Vote to add a new feature to the App, the one that will help you the best.
We are constantly working to improve the App and see you as our most important partner. Please feel free to let us know what you need.
