1 ★The App is horrible. I have been trying for days to do the virtual visit. The app does not let you get past the questionnaire. There is not a support option on the app to help get issue resolved. Update: 12/23 - The app is still terrible with no fixe implemented.

2 ★the app is not great. some days it will record my steps. some days it won't. Spent 6hrs at Silver Dollar City. only sitting down long enough to eat. The app recorded 0 steps! Guess I will need to delete the app, then try downloading it again. maybe that will help it work properly.

1 ★Won't open says I need to update when is already updated. As well as told me totally different premiums and am now stuck with a premium I can't afford this year becuase they lied. Furious.

5 ★I highly recommend this insurance company. I'm praying the merger doesn't interfere with the great company they have developed. They actually provide me with excellent health care and online services which saves the company and the consumer money!

1 ★I was supposed to get almost $600 a month for my cash subsidies, this company is taking all of it! their coverage plan sucks and definitely not worth all of the money these people are taking from me!

5 ★The oscar app, has everything including counting steps, I already was walking 10k steps 5 days a week all I had to do was to add 2k more very easy took no time to get got $100
