1 ★How did this app reach production? Interface needs redesign, too busy and disproportionate. Pictures are too small, while scrolling and while in product. Going back after selections takes you all the way to the top. Keeping this app in its current state IS affecting your turnover. Fix fast devs and stop releasing alpha-grade applications. Unistalled, business lost.
1 ★I ordered on 29 Nov 2019 and finally received my order on 30 Dec 2019. Since the update I have been struggling to log into the app. After days of trying, I finally gained access to my account today and have been trying to log a return for one of the items but my account shows no order history at all. Not sure how to deal with returns and from past experience it's almost impossible to get through to the call Centre. Please assist
3 ★The app is too busy , lots of images on one screen, even when you are viewing your cart items there's items displayed below. There'sjust too much informationbeing displayed on one screen/page. Capturing address details is also a bit tedious as you have to scroll through the list, I think it would make the user experience much better if they had a field for users to search their surburb or city (Predictive text)
4 ★I love your options and your delivery team is awesome. If I can make one suggestion though, when a discount voucher is applied and there is a possible return to exchange, it would be nice if the discount is given again, especially if it's for the same price range. Even if I had to buy something in addition to get to the discount criteria I would have. But because the size wasn't fitting, I lost out on R250 discount :(
1 ★Disappointing! My fav brands, ranges, history and wishlists have disappeared from the app. In addition to this the new app is extremely limited to a measly drop in the ocean, compared to the previous app. I loved shopping at Zando for my regular goodies and more (specific to Zando), but now I'll have to go find a store which stocks my bodywashes, nail varnishes, bags, watches, to name but a few. Sadly so!
1 ★Would never recommend Zando to anyone. Firstly, the size guide was totally wrong for the boots I bought. I wear a size 6 and I ended up buying size 8. 🙆🏽♀️ they don't even have an exchange option so that when the driver fetches the previous order they drop the new one. Instead you must "return" and reorder. I took my chances and did that. That's means x2 of my money is sitting with them and both boots don't fit. Over R1000 of my money and the delay in picking up the items is so annoying.
2 ★The new app is a nightmare, it's timing out from time to time(it will say something like, high volumes are being experienced and you should try again after some time). Yes, I've noticed that new clothing range has been added, but how does one go through them if the app is unable to handle the high volumes - not sure if it's user volumes or too much clothing ranges that have been added.
2 ★delivery address drop down menus don't function properly and are confusing
1 ★Shopping online is supposed to be made easier, this app just causes stress!. You get confirmation on your purchases but they keep you for days on end in limbo, and you can't really track your purchases either. Also, you get absolutely no response when you send out emails trying to communicate. Take my advice, shop on superbalist you'll feel excited shopping. 😁
1 ★I created an account to shop with the app. Add my stuff to cart, checked out, tried to pay. Used a voucher for a first time buyer as well. Tried to pay, typed in the wrong CVV. Then it wanted me to go to live chat? Jumped out of that, tried to go back to my order. No, my order is both open and closed. Can't add all my items back to cart because some are out of stock now. Can't pay for my previous order. Can't use the voucher code. Substandard shopping experience. Guess I am shopping elsewhere
1 ★The app is not very user-friendly. Navigation is painful and item descriptions leave much to be desired. Filters seem pointless as well. I much preferred previous versions of the app though I cannot fault Zando themselves (delivery is excellent, payment is easy, and the items are usually of excellent quality).
3 ★A clumsy, time wasting app. Products should list all colours available and USEFULl product details would reduce returns - information about materials, height of shoe heels etc Photos do not always give a good indication of what the product looks like. Disappointing compared to other apps. This app used to be more user friendly. Product range and prices are good.
