1 ★This app sucks, don't use it! If you get a call on your phone between the time you push the redeem button and get to the cashier, your coupon disappears and you get stuck paying full price, paid almost $40 for a 16 pc meal that I was promised for $25.

1 ★Super garbo app. Clunky interface and forced dead-ends. Location searching is a pain and ordering is either unresponsive or unavailable. Most of the five star reviews here just say "excellent food," or something else equally inane and unrelated to the app.

5 ★Great food, nice variaty. What more need to say. Just give them a try, you'll see what i mean.

3 ★Please add options for notifications. I don't need to be spammed by your app with advertisement notifications 5 times a day (or ever, for that matter). I also don't need a push notification AND an email notification for every action I take.

2 ★Order confirmed on app. I Arrived, someone came out with another order. Asked about my order status they had no clue. Told to hang on...eventually exited my car from curbside pickup. As I entered restaurant noticed employee had gone back to work..no hint my order was being taken care of until he saw me. He then notified superior. Pretty much started over at the counter. Nobody knew what to do or how to handle my situation even with an order number. WTH?

2 ★You have to have your phone to pick up the order. Can't order from home and have someone else that's already out and about pick it up. Lousy app.

2 ★Have to force stop the app for the "EPL Order In Progress" notification to go away...and this is hours after I already picked up my food.

3 ★Can't use coupons like it says you can. At least it never works for me. Special offers almost never exist on the app. Only thing that's good is the money you earn back from purchases.

2 ★Semi decent app, just has refresh issues, took away comments when ordering through the app, and needs more time (at least 7 days not 48 hours) to enter receipts that were not app paid for their rewards. Learn from other apps...it's free q&a ans CS for you.

5 ★Excellent great food and its recommended with the Weight Watchers point food plan

1 ★Beware. I only downloaded this app to use the coupon code for free guacamole and chips. After I finished the whole process of creating account, ordering food, putting in delivery instructions, and entering credit card info - it tells me, "coupon not valid on this order". Fail!

1 ★Such a bad app. Never works when needed. Constant updates required. Just wasted an hr trying to update while at the location. Really 2hrs now that I'm late. Not first time this has happened. Probably will delete. No bueno bro.
