1 ★videos are rarely changed, if ever. I've been a MyPoints member for 13 years; the longer I'm here the worse they treat me. I'm not allowed to watch videos to earn points 9 out of 10 times. Now it takes watching 10 minutes of commercials in between each video to advance to the next. In order to be able to watch a video, I have to uninstall then reinstall the app. This is all ridiculous. The response shows me you all don't read OR understand plain American English!
5 ★love this app! Its easy and i just claimed my first gift certificate. Its been 3 months since I've been using this app. It takes too long to get your money. And you have to reach 790 points, whereas most apps you only need 500 to cash out. Not a great app.
1 ★Constantly crashes and videos are updated infrequently. Ads will cause the app to freeze. Very aggravating. UPDATE: The ad issue is fine now. However, the recipe category is gone. That is disappointing, I liked the recipe videos the best.
1 ★Really bad app. Same videos for a year now. Yes, I can just let it run and walk away. I still get my points. Really, though, doesn't that defeat the purpose of the app? You are trying to get people to actually watch. I think you are cheating the advertisers who pay you for time.
4 ★The videos autoplay, which is awesome. You set it up, and engage as much or as little as you want. Some engagement is necessary, however. 4 out of 5 stars. I may consider giving 5 stars when I cash out without hassle.
1 ★way too many ads! ONE AD PER VIDEO WOULD BE BETTER! And it would be nice if we could use the back button to exit out of the unwanted ads so we are not sitting, wasting time waiting for the videos to load. And you "customize your experience" well TAKE OFF THE SPANISH ADS! I DON'T KNOW SPANISH! 🙁
1 ★I don't mind the ads, but it's aggravating when the ad then opens up Google play store to the app the ad was for. So I have to exit the play store after every ad. That in between every video and it takes 10 videos to earn only 5 points? No thanks.
5 ★Hopefully it will start having content to read or watch soon! It keeps telling me there's no video's available, come back later! I'm only going to "come back later" so many times and then delete the app! There's plenty of other apps that have content 24/7!
3 ★I installed only yesterday, I watched the daily limit of videos. Seems legit. videos run continuously so if you wanted to you could do something else in and still get the points or SB. Will check back after my first redemption of points.🙂
1 ★worst app ever, constantly malfunctions and freezes. doesnt give you credit even though you watched the entire video. its ALWAYS the same videos, ive watched them dozens of times but I need to earn the points to meet my goals
1 ★App consistently does not work, keeps stopping. This happens on a regular basis. I uninstall and reinstall. Does not make a difference. Sometimes app asks me to sign in. But does not make a difference.
1 ★lately, you must watch up to THREE minutes of ads before you even get to watch the 25 second video to get credit. I never review apps but I just watched 6 ads before the video actually launched. Fix that. Grrr.
