3 ★Alright, so...the app is okay. But parts of it are not user friendly. For example, when I entered the name of my current employer/place of work, the app did not allow me to put that in and said it "wasn't valid". The questions themselves are also super invasive and made me a bit uncomfortable. When I went to redeem a gift card with my points, it said it wasn't available. Overall, it's fine and easy to navigate, but it isn't my favorite.
1 ★Surveys are rarely able to be done, after spending a decent chunk of time trying to "qualify". First payout is a high margin, given this fact. Most other offers take a month or more for payout, or don't pay out at all (most of the game based rewards) Overall not worth the time or effort, a product of a bygone era that hasn't kept up with the times. I can make over 100$ a week just leaving a game open on similar apps like mistplay.
2 ★If you accidentally touch the screen in the wrong spot when your doing a survey you'll lose that survey and not get paid...even if your down to the last 10 seconds of completing it...I would just like to update my review swag support got back to me very quickly and I addressed the issue I was having...the payouts could be better and worth more as incentive to continue using this app...but overall I have to say I think this is a decent app😀
4 ★The app is easy to use once you understand how to navigate it. Recently I have been unable to check my recent activity or even redeem points. It just acts like it's trying ro load but nothing happens after a few minutes. There's no update available yet so I will be holding off using the app until I can check on rewards and recent activity.
1 ★Ever since I signed up, I've had several attempted logins to various online accounts of mine that use the same email address (luckily I thought ahead and used my "throwaway" address), which has resulted in those accounts being locked due to suspicious activity (too many failed login attempts). If you sign up, I'd recommend using a throwaway email address and random / generated password. Neither your email address nor your password are safe with this app.
1 ★Love it when it works for Amazon. More often then not it doesn't, or when I have to change to free shipping in Amazon the app fails to proceed. I tried to make the purchase anyhow, and then go into Amazon to adjust the shipping in the order but couldn't. I had to cancel the order, and then lost a promotional 8% discount when I tried to reorder.
5 ★A really great app. I've been taking surveys with Swagbucks for about a week and am already seeing tons of benefits. There is one downside to it, however -- it's *slow*. It will take a good chunk out of your day to make a decent amount of money, and you have to be persistent with it. But, if you have patience, and if you stay focused, you'll see yourself succeeding more than ever. This is by far the best survey-based app I've come across, and not only is it reliable, but it actually works, too!
4 ★Swagbucks is a pay for survey app. Swagbucks is fine overall, the only faulty aspect in here is that, the payout amount for these surveys are usually in pennies. It's very rare to find a decent amount of payout, that coincides with the amount of time that you spent in completing a survey. You must attempt several surveys to find a match, this can become very frustrating. At times, the app crashes, therefore you don't get them to complete the process, or you do complete the survey but don't get$
4 ★Being new to Swagbucks, I have experienced one setback in a game that was a requirement to play and progress in. It allowed and tracked the download and first day. Afterward, it failed to open anymore, so I know it won't be accomplished. The surveys are a better achievement in that you will be rewarded for your time. So, four stars. Now, all is left to uninstall the app for more space.
1 ★They were good before, but have gotten pretty bad. They have horrible tracking for app offers. When you submit a ticket to customer service to report missing rewards they will say "we are making an exception" or "we made an exception ", when it's their fault that the tracking is bad. Even when you provide clear evidence of completing the task on time. It's like they are trying to blame the user for their faulty tracking. I think they trying to prevent users from claiming money.
1 ★App didn't work so I uninstalled it. Email sent asking the company to delete whatever info they have on me. Since it does me no good. Short story is, I downloaded and signed up. The app opens and the onboarding process doesn't load on the very first page. Tried force closing and reopening the app. But it opens at the same page and refuses to load the first page. Frustrating!
3 ★Overall a pretty good experience. Only complaints are that the estimated times for you to complete the surveys are very much underestimated. It's also becoming less often that I get to complete one. I almost forgot to talk about this one. It really rubbed me the wrong way, but the ease of use and rewards almost made me forget I was at a bonus period for the past 2 days. I took a short survey about certain ways of life. One of my answers didn't agree w/ the topic, and after, the bonuses vanished
