Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Just Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.

View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.

Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Just Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.

1 ★There is no submit button under the payment option for the Android platform. If there is a submit button you are unable to scroll down to the bottom in order to access it.

1 ★Used to be work good now I can't even make my payments through the app. What bugs where supposedly fixed? I used to also be able to see my daily usage on a scale now its not even there

1 ★The "Submit Payment" button is no long in the app so its useless now. No reason to have it if you're forced to pay on a computer.

1 ★Impossible to pay your bill online. I try to put in my info but you can't scroll the page up and down. After I put in my credit card info, I press submit and it says please enter cvc. But it doesn't give me a option where to type in my cvc
