1 ★App immediately closes when you click on it, it's been like this for almost 2 months, I've sent 4-5 reports and still happens. Any info on when it will be fixed???
2 ★I have had problems with logging in constantly. It has been three times that my payment was paid on the app then I get a confirmation but 3days or a week later it's refunded me and I have been charged double. I have yet to see any changes on the loading but curious whens the change gonna happen. As well I have to use the payroll centers. When the app is supposed to be creating a way for me and others to pay with put having to go thru trouble. I mean a couple glitches coo. App not affective.
1 ★The xcel app and xcel in general has always been the most difficult bill to pay if you dont have a check writing account. Very difficult to pay off outstanding bills too. This is what happens with a business so wrapped up with the democratic machine here. Its never a good thing to be forced to deal with a company that has a monopoly... no competition and basically govt run equals bad news for the consumer. Now if power is shut off for a renter the renter must move out. no 30 day notice. Dont get hurt
1 ★I've been evicted since Aug 1st (completely gone) and had immediately informed you to discontinue any further services. I received my last charge from you for $114.38 on Aug 21. It seemed a bit high to me since we've been set on an auto-pay agreement this entire time doing buisness with you, but I just accepted it, as it at least should have been my final bill from you... And now you're telling me you are going to auto-charge my bank account another $3.78 on Sept 9?
1 ★Locks up past login page. When opened you can see the current amt due but it continues to load & 'loading' icon blocks any usage beyond this. So far it's been useless. Not surprised, Xcel Energy here in Boulder, CO is the worst we've experienced. 6-8 non-weather related outages every year with a couple more that are related to "wind" (we're taking anything above 25 mph). Antiquated equipment, Xcell is a slum lord now unloading their broken down sytem on the taxpayers.
1 ★Everytime I've tried using this app to pay my bill. It says the payment went through and sends me a confirmation email/text. Only to have them tell me two days later that my payment was refunded and now they're adding only on a late fee. Like gee thanks, now I get to pay almost double the amount of the bill BECAUSE YOUR APP DOESN'T WORK. Tell me. How is that fair to your customers at all?
1 ★Worst app ever. You can't do anything without getting a system error. Takes forever and times out trying to load pages. I hit submit over and over and it never goes through. I always end up having to pay through the site instead. It also doesn't show you your bank account nicknames so you have to know your account number to select it, which is annoying. Don't waste your time on this app.
2 ★App once worked flawlessly but over the past few months after logging in it's either stuck on a loading screen or if I get past that I cannot make payments through the app as it will again get stuck on a loading screen. I've cleared the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app all to no avail.
1 ★This app never works! I know my username and password are correct and yet it tells me my login information is incorrect. When I use the website I put in the same login info and I can actually proceed with paying my bill and whatnot. Xcel needs to fix their app or get rid of it completely. It won't let me put no stars so I have to give it 1 star which this app does not deserve.
1 ★Says my card number is invalid when I have used this card many times before and I'm literally staring at my card number. Revert back to previous version.
1 ★This app is going on 2 years without ANY support from Xcel with the constant crashing, refusing biometric log in, error reports, refusing log ins randomly, and generally being a broken app. But Xcel will just ignore this issue, tone and time again. That's what happens when they have a monopoly, no reason to try to be better without competition.
1 ★Validating.... Loading.... Loading.... Loading.... I just want to see and pay my bill. Are you guys still using dialup for your internet service? Time to upgrade. What is so data intensive behind the scenes, I can see my bill behind the loading image. 18 months later and I'm STILL having this issue. You must not be fixing it because I have no other option when it comes to who servers power to my address.
