New and improved features make it easy for customers to login with their fingerprint, pay their bill, understand their energy use, enroll in energy alerts and sign up for money-saving products and services. The app includes an improved Outage Center, which provides details on an outage location and cause and lets customers report and receive outage updates.

1 ★Cant download app... Keeps kicking me off every time I try to add it to my phone. VERY IRRITATING

5 ★The fingerprints help really with the update, but you no need update, you need uninstall the app and install again!! ** I had the fingerprint but it always asked me username and password, I need to uninstall the app and reinstall so that after the fingerprint it would enter and it would not ask again for username and password!

1 ★This is the third time I've tried to use this app. It won't open up, just keeps saying it is "updating" even though there is no update.. Only thing I've seen on here is that dang little spinny thing 🙁 GET THIS FIXED PLEASE

2 ★App use to work fine, now it just says i need to update chrome to use, and chrome is already updated. Tried reinstalling the app and still wants me to update chrome. So annoyed with this app, especially since it was working fine at one time.

You sent me to my account link I tried that even the password that I tried didn't work I think you're right, there's something else going on and there needs to be a phone number to contact to talk to somebody about it because doing this electronically isn't going to get it fixed - still uninstalled

1 ★Horrible app!!! It lock mw out because I use the incorrect password too many times (just once) and then I change it and still doesnt log me in and says the password is incorrect. Before it use to tell me that the app needa to update before taking me to my info.

5 ★NV Energy has fixed each of my previous concerns, and even a couple that I hadn't mentioned. Previous: Clunky. Stops rather than pauses login to update app. Never had any other app do that. Very buggy.
