3 ★Latest version seems to bite. Recent storm and outages caused me to use the app to report the outage. After submitting now it logs me out, then try to log back in and all I get is "Limit exceeded" and to login or reason to what the limit is. Now I'm back to calling in to get outage updated.

1 ★App is slow to update - I would have expected that when I report an outage ot is reflected in the app immediately, not this is not the case. Also, PSE is very poor about providing updates and current status. Being a monopoly will do that to you.

1 ★this app it's completely broken. tried to report an outage, but app won't submit the outage because it thinks i have the wrong phone number. checked account info and phone number is correct. then checked outage map. not a single outage shown, yet hundreds of houses are dark.

1 ★Most of the time the app wont even open, just sits there as a blank white page. Useless.

3 ★My confidence level for PSE just dropped significantly. You're able to store all my info on the website: mu user name, my password, account balance, my usage, etc., but you can't transfer my bank account from the web version to the App? This is disconcerting - electricity seems to be pretty complex - can I trust you to keep track of my financial information?

2 ★Good to report outages and check on your bill. The energy usage section is completely broken. You cannot check your usage like you used to be able to before the last update. Now you have to use the web.

1 ★Tried three times to pay my bill with this, finally got it on the fourth try. Does not retain card or billing address, I have to enter this information each time. Come on people you can do better

1 ★I haven't been able to open this app since early this summer. I keep getting message that PSE has stopped. I need it to monitor when we have power outages so I don't have to keep calling in. At this poibt, utterly worthless.

2 ★fix the outage map. I did lose power with this snow and left home. I returned for a few things under the full impression I had no power. nope full power. Now for the last 9 hours I've had power and y'all still say I'm out. In the last hour a crew showed up.

1 ★Says it needs to send verification email but it never arrived. Can't use the app. Useless.

3 ★Great app for reporting and following outages. Needs meter and usage information though, especially for customers who are contributing energy to the grid from solar cells, etc.

1 ★If I could give less than one star I would. App will no longer launch. Reported problem MULTIPLE times in the last several months. Issue has NOT been resolved. Need to FIRE the IT contractor on this project. IT IS NOW NINE MONTHS LATER (9/8/2019) AND THIS APP STILL DOES NOT LAUNCH - DOES PSE EVEN READ THESE REVIEWS?
