1 ★I bought the Waggle lite for an up coming vacation. I paid the extra shipping g so I could get it and get it set up and test it to see if it works. We'll I received on Thursday,charged it, set up subscription and it it now 9:00 Friday night and I am still waiting for it to be connected. I HAVE CALLED TWICE, they told me to reset and wait 4 hours. I did. Called again, they said it's still being worked on to wait 2 more hours. Thus was at 6. They close at 8. Still waiting,can't call until Mon.
2 ★A minor inconvenience, but two stars because even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the app still doesn't consistently open past the splash screen unless I force stop it first. Also a suggestion, it would be nice to see temperature graphed over time, not just in the moment.
1 ★Worst customer service. Expensive data plan. They refuse to prorate cancellation. They make it difficult to cancel, & you can not cancel from the app (every decent company allows this). I request to cancel via email right after they bill me again, and they REFUSE to cancel & refund until next month. Charging for a whole month I don't need or want it. Save your money, support companies that have consumer friendly policies. Waggle is overpriced, they obviously don't care about people or pets
5 ★I was recently upgraded to a NEW device as the original device I had ordered (less than a year ago) was not producing accurate readings. I'm a full-time traveler and asked for the NEW device to be shipped prior to me sending back the OLD device. Waggle's customer service (specifically Jason Frances) was a pleasure to work with. Jason was accommodating, efficient, and professional. I'm very pleased with my new device. Thank you!
2 ★The application itself is fine. I love the temperature monitor. what I don't like is receiving spam emails and notifications from this app. I unsubscribed from their emails two times. No, I don't want your 40$ gift card. Not even 24 hours later I get a notification from the app telling me to buy Valentine's gifts for my pets. No. Just stop. From what I can see, there's no way to disable marketing bs on their app. Their app doesn't even support push notifications for alerts. Only spam!
2 ★I canceled my subscription in January and they just (July) charged my subscription fee and haven't answered my messages. Im not happy. They just emailed and said they are refunding all but $10. I don't understand why i have to pay an admin fee for their error but i just don't have the energy to fight with them over it.
5 ★This is an update to my recent post. Customer service called and reviewed the issues and will be sending a replacement unit. The battery issue was a misunderstanding on my part in not understanding how the unit worked. Customer service was quick to correct the issue once the communication was made.
5 ★The Waggle has made our 6 month road trip with our dogs a pleasure. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them with the chance of losing power, heat or A/C without this safety feature. We don't travel far from our trailer without our pups but when we leave them alone we know we will be alerted if anything changes. I highly recommend this device if you leave your pets in your camper or RV.
5 ★Had one minor issue at first with the device needing to be reset before it would acknowledge the network or the charger. After that things have been great! The peace of mind I get when I leave my dogs to go to work is priceless and the app is very adjustable and consistent.
4 ★The temperature is pretty accurate and the alerts have all been good. The only issue is the humidity level is definitly inaccurate. My main reason for buying was temp and power so it's not that big a deal, but it would be great if that worked.
3 ★Works great so far . The only issue is that it takes a long time for the app to load and show the temperature. We also noticed that there is a 3-5 degree difference in temperature when compared to our indoor thermometer
3 ★The temperature system is pretty good but not accurate. I have 2 systems and a regular thermometer inside the RV. My thermometer usually reads 72-75 inside but the waggles can range from 83-93 which is a huge difference. Buy with caution and monitor yourself for a while.
