1 ★10.29.2020: The app is great for quick payments, but when I used the app to secure my table, I did NOT receive a notification when my table was ready. I had to find out by walking back in to inquire after almost 40 minutes of waiting. Also, it kept saying error when trying to use a coupon. 11.13.2020: Figured I'd give it one more chance to have an employee explain that this app does not check for their busy times. Even though it says 45mins from ordering, paid customers have to wait an extra 30+
2 ★It seemed like a great idea download the app and you can pay your check through your phone and not have to hand your credit card to a server. But the app is full of bugs and Malfunctions. After entering all of my information and entering my information it said my payment couldn't be processed. However when I finally flagged down the server she checked it and said it has been paid. They get a :( for wasting about 10 minutes of my time.
5 ★Great app. Tells you wait times and allows you to get on the wait list easily. I love it.
4 ★I like the ability to check in online but it took approximately 10 minutes before it even alerted me that is it has recognized I have checked in. It never alerted me that my table was ready but fortunately the hostess was going around checking names and found me in person. It did not have my billing information in the app when I was ready to pay but fortunately the paper receipt had a code to use. I'm guessing it's just a temporary glitch. I've used it before with no problems.
2 ★Good app when it works. Fairly frequently it does not. For example the other night it told me there was wait. I tried to put in for call ahead seating and said that that action was not available. I arrived 20 minutes later and found out there was a 45 minute wait. It also told me I had a 50% off offer. When I got there the offer went away. Sometimes you can pay your bill with app and sometimes it will not allow you to pay. If they could get these bugs out it would be a good app.
4 ★Well thought out app. Easy to use. I wish other places would do the same. One problem is the "Get on the wait list." It tells you this is not a reservation. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THE 'Get on the wait list" and just showing up. I reported in and to my surprise I had the same wait time as the people who just showed up. Just delete this useless feature. Won't be using it again.
1 ★Unable to save credit card info for payment on my pixel 3XL which renders the app virtually useless. Please fix it or provide instructions on how to do it.
1 ★Unacceptable. Will NOT allow saving a card in app. When input card,, app delets info and shuts down. Fix this.
3 ★Difficult to get from one field to another when it's under the keyboard.
1 ★The app does not work and I did not get my reward because the app isn't working properly. I have the following visits: 9/16/19 9/21/19 10/20 12/1 12/15 When I provided outback with my number, they couldn't find me in the system, but I was able to show them my account info in the app.... they still didn't know what the issue was. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue and no one has taken the time to reach out. Disappointing as hell.
3 ★Tried to add a card to pay. For some reason it wouldn't recognize pin code. Tried to exit app and suddenly it started working.
1 ★This app works about 20% of the time. There are very basic functions that I use it for and can only accomplish part of the time. I use the check in feature but sometimes it hangs up on the location, meaning it puts me in a totally different state. The rewards function never accurately reflects what "visit" we are on.
