4 ★Works for me, but I VERY often have to completely exit the app for the remote to respond. Annoying, but not hard to do.

2 ★This is very dangerous and warning to other users on Orbivo S20. The bug is, when you restart your router - Orbivo S20 cannot detect the router, hence you might think that you have off your appliance but in fact it doesn't. This is a fire risk. Appreciate the developer come up with a quick solution on this as this will involve risk to human life.

2 ★When it works its great, but more more often I just getting a spinning circle when I try to turn an appliance on or off.

1 ★Wow. Worst app ever. Do not buy wiwo products. This app is really terrible! No remote access. Asks to sync time zones every time it starts (they are of course already synced). Setup of the hardware is VERY poorly described. I also ended up buying some tp-link HS100 modules using the Kasa App and the difference is staggering. Wish I never bought any wiwo junk. Now I'm stuck with 2 apps for controling my lighting - they cannot be managed by the same app of course. The wiwo app just doesn't cut it.

1 ★It works only when connected to WiFi not on mobile network which defeats the purpose of the switch. Waste of money.

2 ★6/18/17 OnePlue 3T Basically, if I have the old-version switches already set up, it works 90% of the time. If I try to connect more of the OLD switch versions, it has a hell of a time doing so no matter which method I try. It's so bad that I give up after an hour. Now, the company DOES have new versions of the switches which work and set up much better, AND a new app (HomeMate) to control them with. I would only caution that the new app requests basically ALL the possible permissions from your phone - deny them all, it doesn't need them to function for the switches.

2 ★I invested a lot of money buying the wall switches S20 plugs and the alone system. However everytime i leave the house i have to reset my phone again ( turn on off ) to get it back so it can sinc with devices. Mangage to get timer function working on ipad only. sometimes if i log in and out of app it works again but it is a lot of hit and miss. Hey developers do you care about your customers very unstable platform only works when it wants too. Running gaxley s6 edge...back up system needs review too...

3 ★Ideal if you wan remote on/off the power. Except for setting timer only allow repeated setting. Should have option for one time setting.

2 ★Only just got the plug and what appears a great device is let down by poor app. Application hangs between screens, often with perminant hourglass. Would have expected a widget.
