3 ★Can't see the "set region" option in settings. I have the latest updated app and I opened an account. Still no option.

3 ★It's decent when it works, but lately it has been telling me that the remote controls are not available because I have reset my device which I have not. This happened on Wednesday, then it worked, happening again today (Friday).

2 ★Just about acceptable for a very first release but has had no serious update in the approx 2 years that I have used it. Abandoned? Clunky & crashes constantly. Still does not recognise my market leader aircon. A shame, the hardware & the networking connection are rock solid & 5 star.

2 ★Cannot configure any device on Android P (9) using Oneplus 6. Please update your software and hardware to remove all the bugs and disconnections. I have over 5 RM devices and 14 switches which gives me a lot of trouble all the time.

5 ★If you are going to set up a Broadlink alarm system, I have tried with the S2, that is the best application suited for that purpose. It is friendly, convenient easy to use. Don't mess with Broadlink's newer apps, you will do less.

1 ★Terrible UX. Also, be wary of creating an account. Once you do, there is no way to delete it afterwards.. resulting in the fact even if you remove the app, your account stays active and connected. Might give you unwanted future errors if someone might hack it...

2 ★Worked fine for years but now wont login. Reports "Internet connection is poor" on otherwise strong networks, on all connections & locations. Every stage in connection rebooted still can't sign-in. Fix it and I'll make it a 5star rating. Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Tab S2.

2 ★Since February I have the same problem as other users: I couldn't log in my account. The only one way it's to push "forget password?" and rewrite the password. But after several period of time it's automatically log out.

1 ★As of now I can't add my rm 3 mini. I have tried several dozen times, tried AP mode, tried another phone, tried making the SSID simpler, NOTHING. Says "configuration successful" but blank device list. Garbage...

1 ★This app is frequently sending data about god knows what, in the background, even when you force kill it. With the insane permissions it has, without a doubt is a security concern and should be considered spyware.

1 ★I can not connect it...it was working fine for a year...now is trash

2 ★I have an SP3S energy monitor. It reads the value and I can turn it on/off. The problem is that the reading's are not registered so there is no history of the energy consumption. Reply if there is a fix for this.
