1 ★keeps crashing

3 ★Location doesn't show map (only black screen) on Pixel XL running Android8.1.0. Works okay on iOS. Take Me Home function on watch hangs/crashes whenclick on the location blue compass icon.

1 ★App is crashed. Its showing no conneted to server. Problem since 3days. Its very annoying.

1 ★Whenever I open group chat option it either says to reopen the open or itautomatically closes

2 ★The app doesn't even correctly function 80% of the time. Every time you try to make a call using App Calling it crashes the app. If the watch tries to call you, it crashes the app. Meaning the only way to talk to the wearer is if you call them via a normal phone call-so you must subscribe to a plan that alots mobile minutes rather than just using data.

4 ★Overall the app is good but for the past week I have not been able to open and listen to my daughter's audio messages. When the bus is going go be late, living in upstate, my daughter messages me so I'm not waiting at the bus stop forever. I can't hear or get the audio messages to play. Support has not been helpful at all.

2 ★UPDATE: My 7yr wore it on a bike ride around the block. Fell and shattered the screen. Very poor design to have a thin glass screen like a smart phone for a children's device. Unable to make calls from app as the app stops working. Calls from my phone are dropped. Calls from watch ring as busy. S.O.S. only shows as a notification in the app without sound. I would need my phone open, app open, and eyes on my phone incase my kid sends an S.O.S. Not practical. I haven't used the GPS location yet but it doesn't sound promising. Trying to teach my 7 year old to tell time on a 24 hr clock is silly. Need an option to change. Strap isn't secure. Cute looking but not practical either. Let's not reinvent the wheel here. A regular strap would have been better.

2 ★Support is not responsive! Sent 2 emails, no replies. Minus one more star for that. The watch has awesome features, if only they all work well... Some problems: 1) The automatic request for watch location is too infrequent. My kid would go to school (20-30 minutes away). And the map would show that he is still a few meters outside my house. And because I set a 200 meters safe zone for the school, the safe zone alert keeps on triggering until it is outside the time range of (7.30 -10.00 pm) 2) The Days setting for the Safe Zone is not working. I set it to only work on Monday to Friday but I still get "out of safe zone" alerts on Saturdays and Sundays 3) There are three indicators on the watch on its current location, some are more accurate than others. Is there a way we can tell the watch or app which one works best and have the app learn from it? Maybe, so the "take me home" feature of the watch and location estimation 4) Generally the watch's gps works better at locating the watch than the app... App needs more gps location updates 5) Sometimes, the map on the watch either refuses to load or it takes an extremely long time to load. I remembered it to be much better before the latest firmware update 6) There are 3 indicators on the watch on its current location and like what I said in point 3 above, some are more accurate than others. But there is only one gps location indicator for the app and it is sometimes off by hundreds of meters. Why not also have 3 locations for the app, and we tell the app which one is most accurate, so the app can learn and the safe zone does not wrongly trigger as often? 7) After the new app update, it no longer shows any gps location, when there is no signal for the watch. I prefer it to give the last known location of the watch, so we can at least know which road he went through 8) In the older app, the previous older location of the watch keeps jumping back and forth between themselves. For example, Suppose the watch travels from point A to point D (where the signal is bad). The latest location inquiry through the app can jump to indicate that the last location to be point B, then C, then back to B, then to C, etc if we keep keep requesting location info. It should just be C and not B, because C is the latest position inquired before there is no more signal from the watch at D. If all these are sorted out, I can guarantee that this is the best gps watch for sometime.

1 ★The map location versus where the watch actually is, is about 40 miles off. I also don't like that I cannot change to Standard time instead of military time

5 ★The latest version is awesome! I can set the watch in am/pm format now.

4 ★Love the watch and features. App does crash when trying to add to group chat. 5 stars when that is fixed!
