1 ★No one answers. No one helps. No one takes any resposibility for anything they say and don't do. Got so disgusted with the whole damn process,I took a chance and contacted my local house of reps member(Rob Bell). Of course I got a reply from someone in his office,but it was a member of his legal team. They requested a constituints call from VEC to me. Took about 4 days but they called. Still didn't help,but at least I got a real person to lie to me. That's something!!!!

1 ★Save yourself time and headache and don't download. This app is supposed to be your government assistant app...ha! Whomever the 'government' hired to develop this app needs to scrap it and start over. It has been continually glitchy and rarely ever can you get where you need to go. It just keeps getting worse with every update. I will save my time and disc space and delete the app and rely on websites to do what I need to.

1 ★TERRIBLE! Nowhere to file weekly claims now, no claim updates, no messages, dashboard full of nonsense on national parks, chat bot can't answer anything. This app is as useless as its devs. Filed two claims that never went through and the "customer service" number is a JOKE. It's easier to just call and do the weekly claim. Edit: the support email people are as useless as this app.

1 ★Terrible design. Have to hunt for former weekly claim in order to file the weekly claim of the week you are on. Everything is hidden, and can't seem to be able to file this week. Hitting every button and link to search. This is typical of how government works. In that, it doesn't work "for you". Disgusting! "We the people" haha. No, not with this terrible design. No wonder people are marching in the streets. Because failures like this app. Atrocious! Horrible in it's purpose. Intentional!
