2 ★very limited functionalities. 1.it doesn't store more than two prescriptions. 2.no option to store user-defined date. e.g. except for the app-prescribed data options (like sugar, bo, etc.), i cannot store other types of measurements (e.g. SPO2). 3. there should be option for user-prescribed data and documents to be stored in the app.
3 ★Just installed to try it. Surprised to see that it would only let me enter a number for the medical insurance. I like millions others have better care and its number is a combination of digits and letters. I also have more than one health insurance and I do not see a way to enter more than 1 insurance policy. I suspect I will find other limitations soon.
3 ★No, please don't change the birthdate to calender view, it is very hard to change the year of birth, the one before is good enough. Aside from that, if you can make the clinical history like Doctor at Work (plus), it is way better, they can separate anamnesis, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment to different tabs And if possible, can you make the patients list sorted by name or patient number (not ID)? The list is there but can't choose to sort by number. Thank you! Good job
4 ★Good app and I'm using it for almost a year. My medical records are safely stored here. Just one request, please add module for Request forms by the Doctor, like Laboratory request, Radiology request which the patient will be reminded on the scheduled date by notification or calendar reminders.
2 ★Completely unable to sign in so useless. Update: Deleted and redownloaded and finally got the app to open, but needs a few more things before it gets more stars: allergies list, procedures list (ie surgeries, MRIs, mammography), immunizations list (flu shot, pneumonia, tetanus, etc.), conditions (chronic conditions, COPD, heart problems, etc.) updated 5/29...See above waiting for following with dates: Conditions and Procedures with ability to add dates.
3 ★I like the simplicity of this app. Covers all basic fields. Fast and smooth.. Giving less stars because this app is not free while you want to backup to Google drive or export data. Please make it free to get more downloads and popularity.. rest all is perfect..
4 ★I'm using this app to keep track of the medical records for my family. I wish there was a place to add insurance information or picture of insurance cards, blood type, surgical history and immunization records. I do like that you can have separate profiles for different family members.
1 ★I'm new but this seems to be a good app except it keeps losing the doctors I enter anf I have to go through a song and dance for the app to accept the name. Scratch my prior comment. I'm changing to 1 star. After 2 hrs. of data entry I'sick and tired of being told the person / place is not found. Maybe it would help to add an option to edit person/ place. I'll keep it for a while to see if I can figure it out. ( incert scream here)
2 ★There should be an option to create diagnosis or Surgical procedure specific FOLDERS so as to concisely keep that set of patient data and retrieve the same in excel sheet for analysis. In addition, the search engine should also have the option of searching the patients based on diagnosis or procedure. With these couple of additions, this app can create wonders for medicos to save their patient data and retrieve it at the time of need.
3 ★Overall good, adding the patient's family name with the patient's name.. because If there are many patients with the same name, it is difficult to find out the name of those patients from the list. For that reason I think, it is convenient to find out if the patient's name is with the patient's family name.
4 ★I did purchased your app. However, after entering 52 patients the app is "locked" again. I cannot add anymore data. The app is asking again for another payment of P530 for 1 year subscription. Why is it like this? You should have charged people buying the app for straight 1 year subcription immediately and not trick them into buying it for a lower price but theres a catch after reaching a certain number of entry. You just decieved me man. Im disappointed!
3 ★Nice App for my personal health records. Am a free user, and I updated my health records for past two years. Recently, my phone crashed and was unable to restore my locally saved Backup data. Just learnt that the free user version has no backup/restore option. Now am just staring at a blank App. Nice work anyway!
