Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★It's great, but as I am an instructor I would prefer to have the instructorapp as well. Why is this only available for Apple users?
1 ★I tried to connect the dummy with my cellphone and it was impossible to connect, the Bluetooth recognized the dummy but doesn't connect. I tried with an iPhone and it can't find it, I used at least 4 phones and it was impossible to connect. What's going on with this?
2 ★Will not update on my phone. Stuck at 0% so cannot be used.
1 ★Can't update and loses connection. Really frustrating as would be good if it worked!
5 ★Finally something inovative from Laerdal. Great stuff, must have!
2 ★Didn't work
5 ★Love this new upgrade. Connects easily to my phone when in the prescribed distance from mannequin
3 ★It's good for the students but I need the Instructor app for my android phone. So only 3 stars at the moment.
1 ★Update doesn't work, it stops after 1% ...
5 ★Excellent resource
2 ★My phone is connected.. But some other android phones doesn't connect to the Manikin... Not all phones are compatible on the qcpr kit
2 ★Quite pointless, like any product that uses skill readers. When I'm teaching my learners CPR with this silly app on, I often see my learners concentrating on my phone instead of concentrating on the person they're saving.
