Venez golfer dans un cadre idyllique à proximité de l'océan à l'intérieur d'une des plus belles pinèdes de la côte Atlantique.Dessiné par l’architecte Olivier Dongradi sur un terrain légèrement vallonné, le tracé exploite les caractéristiques du site en y ajoutant suffisamment de mouvements pour corser le jeu. Aux fairways ondulés, enserrés entre les pins, et aux greens surélevés et bien protégé du début de parcours, succèdent plusieurs trous au décor sauvage au fur et à mesure que l’on s’approche du littoral. Le 6 est un par 3 qui face à l’océan, et surtout le 7 un par 4 parallèle à la plage, très ouvert mais bordé d’arbustes et de grandes herbes, font évidemment figure de trou signatures. Aussi beau que plaisant à jouer, La Palmyre est une vrai réussite. L’exemple même du 9 trous bien conçu, a la fois technique et accessible à tous. Le Club house très design mais bien intégré dans l’environnement fait aussi déjà parler de lui avec le Rhino’s Club, son restaurant, bar lounge. Le Rhinocéros stylisé qui sert d’emblème au parcours est évidemment un clin d’œil au zoo de la Palmyre, tout proche.
