Description

MobileBytes version 2 is a redesign of our BLE enabled loyalty app.

Scan:
MobileBytes allows you to scan a code on your guest receipt to earn loyalty points. All your points are managed in the app and automatically converted to rewards when spending levels are achieved. The more points you have the higher your reward level and the better your reward values.

Explore:
Discover other participating restaurants in your area where you can scan to earn points. Integrated mapping and turn-by-turn directions guide you to your next meal. MobileBytes is iBeacon enabled so restaurants can be greet you when you arrive.

History:
Scanned receipts from any participating restaurant are kept in the history section of the app. All your previous orders are visible inside MB POS and can be re-added to new orders by restaurant staff.

1 ★Tried to recreate account with email address. When I get to verifying my phone number it will not send a text with the 6 digit code required. When I tap on Resend Code it says, "User already verified". I cannot proceed from that point. Poorly done "upgrade".

1 ★Can't log in and it says i don't exist as a user. Updated yesterday so maybe just the classic update breaks everything. But worked fine when used a few weeks ago. One star until it is fixed or until some option to get some assistance.

1 ★I changed my phone number and now there is now way to change it in the app. Also, checking on rewards is clumsy. Lastly, I tried to set up a new account and never received the confirmation code to complete the account.

1 ★Not good anymore. I attempted to log in to add to all my banked points. It says I don't even have an account anymore, and it won't let me sign up for a new one. I don't get any emails, or text messages to try and reset my password or create a new account.

1 ★Did a required update and now all my loyalty rewards are gone. I cant do forgot password cause it says I havent verified my account and they dont have a verification resend it only happens o sign up which they never did for current users in the system. Their app is poorly designed, stay away use other apps for loyatly

4 ★Update: After creating a new account, I was able to link it to the old one with my cell phone number. I can't log into my account! I tried requesting a code to reset my password but I never received the code. I had a $10 reward ready to use.

1 ★I used this app for points but now, I can't access them. I can't make a new account because it doesn't send a confirmation code to my phone number. I tried entering in a previous email I used but it doesn't accept that either. It also doesn't send me any email to reset my password.

1 ★Made me updated and now won't let me login! It keeps saying the user doesn't exist. 😡 I've only had ONE email address for the last 15 years. It's the only one I would have used. I've lost ALL my points!!!!!

I'm worried since I'm pretty close to getting my rewards. Today I opened the app and it had me logout and when trying to loggin it would give me the message of no account under my email. Can you please help me I'm trying to loggin my points for my last purchase at Burger Supreme. Is there a customer service #

3 ★Terrible communication by the app, but points were not lost. You have to start a new account. I used the same email and phone number and the points synced.

3 ★Thanks to another reviewer, I have recovered my account. The communication on this new app with a new account to create was poor. But I still have my points once I connected my phone number so 3 stars.
