3 ★Frustrating experience when no directional guidance provided in large open areas. Having used this app at Whitby Abbey alongside a tiny map with a fairly inaccurate marking of beacons, I spent a good half hour trying to locate a beacon in the remoter area of the grounds. I eventually gave up. As the beacons are solar powered, they don't seem to work when hidden in unmown grass, on a grey, wet day. Much more thought needs to be given to beacon placement and power, to avoid frustration.

1 ★The ammonite not working

5 ★Very clever how this app worked with the beacons at the Southbank centre in London. As I walked around, I received different messages from the centre depending on where I was standing.
