Es necesaria clave de acceso que se puede solicitar en www.gastroen.com.El objetivo de la aplicación Algoritmos Diagnósticos y Terapéuticos en Gastroenterología (GASTROEN) es recopilar de forma clara y concisa los algoritmos sobre 30 grandes temas de nuestra especialidad, con el propósito de que sean de utilidad para la consulta rápida de cuestiones concretas y prácticas que nos surgen habitualmente en el desarrollo de la actividad asistencial.
Hemos optado por la forma de algoritmo, ya que creemos que es el método más apropiado para resolver de forma rápida una cuestión fundamentalmente práctica, mediante esquemas explícitos con los pasos a seguir ante diferentes preguntas concretas (árboles de decisión).
El núcleo central del proyecto lo constituyen, como su propio nombre indica, los algoritmos, tanto diagnósticos como terapéuticos que, a su vez, contienen vínculos e información complementaria muy útil para la comprensión del árbol de decisiones. La finalidad esencial es ayudar a entender o justificar la decisión tomada en cada punto del algoritmo. Además, para ampliar y profundizar en los contenidos, se aportan citas bibliográficas relevantes y actualizadas.
Todos los autores que han participado son expertos en el tema elaborado y el contenido de los esquemas ha sido revisado exhaustivamente.
Este proyecto cuenta con el aval de la Asociación Española de Gastroenterología (AEG), de la Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD) y del Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red. Enfermedades Hepáticas y Digestivas (CIBEREHD), y el patrocinio de Norgine.
