1 ★I had booked an appointment for morning 9:30 by paing OPD fees online. I started calling the credihealth service centre since 8:30 since the request status was under process. I called atleast 3 times. Each time they said that I will recieve a call in 10 minutes, but I never did. Eventually it was 9:40, so I called them up to cancel the appointment. Have not recieved the refund yet. Apart from refund, didn't get to see a doctor.
