El libro Navarra a la Carta, galardonado en el año 2008 por la Gourmand Cook Books Awards como tercer mejor libro de viajes gastronómicos, se presenta ahora en versión digital a través de una App que incluye nuevos capítulos, videos y fotografías. Editado en el año 2007 por INTIA con la colaboración del Departamento de Marketing Turístico del Gobierno de Navarra presentaba en detalle los productos agroalimentarios típicos de Navarra acompañados de distintas recetas, desde las más tradicionales hasta las más innovadoras, a través de las fotografías de Patxi Uriz y los textos de Pedro Luis Lozano, y fue declarado a su vez el primero de España en la categoría “Mejor libro de viajes gastronómicos”.La nueva App, además de recoger la información del libro, incluye nuevos capítulos, como los dedicados a la sidra o la carne de potro, fotografías inéditas y vídeos de algunos de los productos más emblemáticos de la gastronomía navarra como el Espárrago de Navarra, el Piquillo de Lodosa, o el Pacharán Navarro, entre otros. Así, sobre una foto de un olivo milenario se presenta el menú-índice con cinco apartados: Entrantes, Primeros, Segundos, Postres y Bebidas y Licores. Cada uno de ellos está compuesto por diferentes platos que a su vez invitan a hacer un viaje turístico – gastronómico a la zona de Navarra donde se elabora dicho producto.
Esta versión digital del libro Navarra a la Carta está disponible en cuatro idiomas: castellano, euskera, inglés y francés, y se distribuye gratuitamente a través de las plataformas de descarga Apple Store, para IOS y Play Store, para Android.
