The Robomow App interacts with your mower through Bluetooth® 4.0 (a.k.a. Bluetooth® SMART or BLE) wireless connection. The Bluetooth hardware is already installed on your mower (2014 models and onward, excluding RX12u).
No additional accessory is required on your Robomow in order to work with the Robomow App.

* Current Robomow App version asks permissions for making phone calls. This is a formal requirement to allow dialing (not making a direct call) the number of a local service station form inside the new Guided Setup tool.
* In some rear cases the app gets stuck with an empty screen. In such a case it is recommended to delete the account and reinstall the app.
* The Guided Setup tool is a BETA version, initially available in English only in the following markets: UK, Germany, Netherlands, Israel.
* If you're experiencing any technical issues with the Robomow App, please refer to "Mobile Application FAQ" page on Robomow website (https://support.robomow.com/hc/en-us/categories/200813811-Mobile-Application-FAQ).
Known issues:

* For Robomow RX models only:
-- When child protection is enabled, the messages from the mower will not be displayed in the app, unless the child protection is temporary released or disabled.
-- GSM module's settings are not available via the app
-- The automatic unlock of theft-protection doesn't always work. In such cases it is recommended to restart the app and connect to the mower again
* General:
-- If mower’s software version is older than 2016, then current Android version of Robomow App cannot connect to such mower while it’s in operation.
-- Some re-connection issues with a mower may occur. Most re-connection issues can be resolved by exiting the app and launching it again.
-- Some camera-related and graphical issues have been reported for the following devices: Nexus 7, Nexus 4, Samsung Tab S, Motorola Moto X, Sony Xperia.

What's new in version 1.87.05
@ The customers who own RC models can now enjoy the new "Operational Data" feature under "Support" menu. This feature allows an on-demand uploading of operating statistics from the mower to the centralized database. So far this capability has been available only to customers who have GSM modules. From now, everyone with the app and RC mower, can enjoy a superior level of service thanks to the availability of the operational data from each and every mower to the service providers.@ Bug fixes.

1 ★At start, the app was just not intuitive. After a week, i am not able to connect anymore to the Robomow RX20u. I can hence not schedule it anymore.

2 ★Will connect 1 out of 20 times, and then lose the connection within minutes. Why it needs access to my contacts is beyond me... Come on, you can do better!
5 ★Galaxy S7 Edge here. No connectivity issues with the app at all. It starts right up and connects to my RS630 promptly. No problems driving it around with the phone as a controller, and status updates work fine.
5 ★The app works great. It makes it much easier to adjust the mower settings. You just have to remember that it is Bluetooth based, not Wi-Fi. You have to be close to the mower for it to work.
4 ★I'm on a huawei handset and pairing is no problem. The app is good but not great.

1 ★I have a Galaxy S5. It takes loooooong (=2-4 minutes!) for the initial stage of the app after starting it. And then quite long from it starts "Searching bluetooth devices" also. It seems, that when I restart the phone, the steps will take less time (10-15 seconds?). Can you update the code to avoid this? It is not normal to have to restart the phone. And what is the long initial step for, before even starting the search for devices?
