2 ★Not accuarate as says rides are closed when they are not. Queung times are not always accurate either...could do with a redesign to make things easier to find and show info in a much better way ...

1 ★Queue times are totally wrong. Walk to a ride because the app says its a short queue and it's massive. This park is so badly organised and ride queues for everything are ridiculous. You even have to queue for a coffee or ice cream. They charge extra for everything and then you don't get to do anything because the queues are so long. Most staff are standing around with there hands in there pockets. My advice- avoid this app, avoid this park and go to Alton towers or Drayton Manor.

2 ★Shows 11+ rides even when I filter to age 7. The map has no text at all and nothing happens when you click on a feature. Ride descriptions need practical info like excitement level. A "show" might just be a room with gadgets in. The 3G is patchy in the site so download it first. There are no paper maps so you need the app.

1 ★Don't waste your time installing this app. I could open the app then it would freeze every time and I would get a message to say problem with app close it or wait tried both still did work. Also tried turning phone off and on again still wouldn't work so was unable to use it. I ask other people while in the que if they had it and was it working for them and got the same response no keeps freezing. What a load of rubbish

1 ★Everytime I fill in the feedback, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Can no longer see the queue times if not in the park. Doesn't show what the shows are just the times.

1 ★This app is almost entirely useless. The information is often incorrect and the map is really difficult to navigate with. You'd be much better off with the maps and signs in the park.

2 ★Just not accurate enough. The ride queues timings are really out, the map is hard to follow and the info about dining doesn't give prices, opening times or many menus. What's the point??

3 ★It was a fun experience for my 4 year old Obviously can't help the queues, just wish they had a fast track system. Would gladly have paid extra for that. Those water bottles they sell in the shops are rubbish and leak- what a waste of £15 Oh and above all you also have to pay for parking. This turned out to be a very expensive day. The only good thing if my son has fun.

2 ★This has not been tested! planner system broken when adding a show it adds all showings. Map works well, but the rest of the app is terrible, such a shame.

2 ★Good but with poor shortcomings. Can't read ride names on map. Why yellow?! Great to go on individual rides for extra info but lacking a switch off button to remove them off map (say once you complete them.

1 ★Awful. When using the navigation map, it doesn't show you moving. Queuing times are completely inaccurate and Merlin promote this "wonderful" app when it's just a complete waste of time.

1 ★Very poor. Accuracy poor. Wait times poor. Planner poor. Someone needs to go to disneyland and see how it's done. I wouldn't mind spending extra few quid if I could save time and frustration on the day. Ditch the app and rely on the papermaking, at least you don't have any expectations!!!
