1 ★Unusable!! Everytime I try to add something to my basket, view items and view my basket I keep getting error messages!
4 ★Great clothing, lots of excellent styles to choose. I brought myself a oversized hoodie Playboy's dresss. Very good quality. If you are a size 14, no need to up a size on this site for hoodies, jumper's, sweaters. I love the look and feel of my oversized hoodie dress. Only problem I have with this app, is that every time I have installed misguided, my phone acts up, tells me every time I have a fault on my phone, so every time I've had to uninstall this app, then every thing is good again
1 ★First, write the height of your models. Especially those in the tall section. Second, if something is added to your shopping bag it should be held for you for at least 15 minutes. Third, if you offer promotion codes - make sure they work. Last, no customer service option other than through social media available in app. Had to use browser to chat with agent. Awful customer service made me delete my entire order.
3 ★This app has crashed around 20 times!!!. I've only been using it for about an hour. The only reason i gave it 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the good customer service i had. I accidentally ordered something i thought I'd deleted and they refunded me within 10 minutes of speaking to me.
2 ★Easy to navigate (no need to press "load more options" button that's found on the actual website, but no option available to change currency (US). The reason I downloaded the app was to access the limited time extra savings (40% off website/50% off app), but kept sending back error message upon entering the code for additional savings.
1 ★I dont see an option to change the currency, so its stuck on Euros. The wishlist on the app doesnt have the items that i have on my wishlist on the website. And the filter is only based on size and color. I hate this app, but I love the website
1 ★I'm always finding the pants but not the shirt on the model, or vice versa. Not finding the same exact color matches. The app doesn't have the US version with usd prices, or size conversion to US. Really upset after trying to put in my first order, & at checkout the price didn't change to my country's usd amount so I found out the hard way, $28 pants ended up being about $40 charged to my account, & my code didn't post either. Canceled that order. This app really needs an update, uninstalling.
1 ★First my Order got lost on its way. So I asked for information. But the help centre from missguided just said they were sorry and I would get a refund. BUT I never wanted to get a refund I justed asked for information which I never get!! So I wrote again that I want to get my ordern. This time they asked if I want a refund or a reorder. Of course I said reorder. Today I checked bank account and found that refund I didnt want.... but not enough, it isnt the whole price I paid, it's just a part!
5 ★Best on line sight for clothing range is excellent quality and the price is to the product you buy and value ........
3 ★Its good however it does not always alow any vouchers & student discounts so i have to keep contacting for customers support so they apply it to me and the site it self they have late refunds and u need to keep contacting to inform cuz sometimes they forget to refund you back, everything is good i buy something every week and i love it, wish they also added the function to leave clothes review, overall i do recommend it just hope they sort out the discount/ voucher problem& the refund & review
1 ★There's an error everytime I try to open the app. I haven't been able to use the app at all.
1 ★My bank needed to ask me security questions to confirm the payment (already a bit weird, it was the third time I'd bought from here) and by the time I'd confirmed the payment (literally within the hour), misguided deleted my order and made it so I would have had to start from scratch. Considering how rubbish the layout of the app is, this didn't feel worth it. Back to ASOS for me..
