1 ★Worst app ever. There is a current coin shortage. This app is supposed to make things easier. It never connects to any machine. Tells you to call. Then customer support has no idea how to help. Mobile data is on. Bluetooth is on. Location is on. Connected to correct room and has funds to use...but still will not connect. Customer support should be able to access machines remotely to help troubleshoot.

5 ★I don't have much to say other than this app gets the job done. It does exactly what it advertises and I don't need anything else.

1 ★Sucks. It makes you spend extra money. When you could use quarters, if your clothes were still damp, you can add additional quarters for some added time. Now you have to pay for a whole complete cycle. No option to add additional minutes! Total rip off!!

5 ★Makes it so easy to pay. Hands free no touching money or change machine. Just download the app pay from phone. You will get a text 5 minutes before machine stops so you know when your laundry is finished. Open the app before you go to laundry mat and you can see how busy they are. I just love the app.
