1 ★I have gotten cap scanning to work exactly once. Other attempts fail with "Memory Low, unable to scan" 🙄 and if you enter manually and make a typo or misread a cap, why the **** does it make you enter the entire 14 digits again instead of giving you an opportunity to fix the mistake? Have the developers ever tried actually using their own app?
1 ★Scanning codes doesn't work well, rewards are only one lame option - or you can donate - but won't even show your history. If it doesn't do much, why download another useless app - uninstalled same day! Also, Coca-Cola - why not bring back something for us to get rewarded like you used to? I liked getting something back after all we spend.
1 ★This is 2nd time installing app with hopes of it registering my coke caps. I agree with many here that the scanning mechanism is non functional. I keep getting and this is copied straight from app message, "hmm we can"t seem to find a code, try again". And all the time the numeric cap code is centered exactly the way it requires. What a ham!
1 ★I installed it, tried literally 15 times to scan the sip code, and not once did it go through. When your first experience with an app is 0 for 15, it's quickly uninstalled. I had plenty of light, and my phone was steady. I honestly don't see why they even bothered with this app. It's garbage.

The "New and improved " rewards suck. I switched to Coke products because of my friend. He gave up on coke along time ago.Main things gotten with the points were the bottles with the name an coupons from more Coke products. 1 ★Does not work. Error messages after scanning reward icons that say my icon is not a good one. Tried multiple different scans with different items. Same result. The only thing that works is the link to the website to buy coke-branded merchandise. Boo.
1 ★I cant even find how to manually enter in codes in the app or on the website. Your FAQ section is NOT helpful at all. The only options for entering codes is for donations. You are a major company, that makes a lot of money and you guys cant even come up with an app and a reward system that works. How disappointing.
