5 ★Best app for making flowchart!!
1 ★It started installing a lot of Apps without my notice. All of a sudden I saw I have snapchat, candy crash and 4 other games installed. The next day I discovered I had the "Weather channel" on my home page. I never wanted those. After I deleted Lucid chart I have no more problem. Its been 4 days now and no new apps installed. It's them that was the problem. And frankly, it's a fraudulent practice.
1 ★Installed on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, pulled up floor plan template, but couldn't figure out a way to actually edit the template. Instructions on the template to "hold shift + ctrl, then click" didn't work, so uninstalled. Pity.
5 ★Maybe resize and format the text. A good example is the rhombus. I'm personally trying to diagram dialogue options, and it feels kind of strange. Resizing is okay, but sometimes that compacted-ness could give it that organized feeling. The auto scrolling too, when resizing. I don't know, it felt off to me. Maybe too fast or sensative? That doesn't bother me as much as the unformatted text though. Otherwise, great app.
1 ★Good app/plugin but VERY deceptive marketing! They say it's "free" but it's not. There's a "complexity limit" that you cannot go beyond without giving them money. I don't mind paying (everyone has to make a living), but I can't stand deception. I was 3/4 through migrating the first of our mind maps when I got the bad news: Complexity limit! Do better, people! Be honest and transparent. It isn't that hard.
1 ★Worst piece of garbage I've ever downloaded for my Chromebook. I was unable to change from portrait to landscape in a Visio file I had previously created & zooming is disabled. So you're stuck with a tiny sheet to view. Not at all usable. Starting a new document from scratch proved to be nearly impossible. I could add shapes to a drawing but could not move or edit them in any way. I uninstalled this junk & will look for something better, which shouldn't take much considering how bad this is.
2 ★It's nice app. But i got 1 problem. Yesterday i have created diagram. And today when i am trying to open diagram. It's does not open. Only loading symbol showing.
5 ★I fell in love with this app. I frequently use graphics to explain my ideas to others. I found Lucid chart to be both intuitive (very quick to learn) and highly functional. I never got into the collaborative aspects of the app. The reason I did not purchase are: 1: I do not like the software subscription model. I would have paid $50 for the app with the expectation that I would pay for upgrades and fee per incident support not related to a fault. 2: The $100/year subscription price is too steep.
2 ★Limits prevent real use of app. There's an app limit of 3 diagrams associated with your Lucid account, so if you have 2 or more you can't even start a diagram. This means that since I've used the web version of the tool, the restrictions are so tight I can't even use the app. Edit: Just noting that the Dev reply was not needed, although it should be considered a non-response as it only restated what was already said.
1 ★Doesnt let you work without an internet connection. Loading forever. Even when I start to use phone data.
2 ★Terrible Android App. No option to reflow the diagram when making a simple flowchart, so my boxes just stack on top of each other. When trying to add a shape it only draws the arrow, I have to manually select the shape each time from a pop up box, scroll down, select the shape every time. I would expect Some better basic functionality from an app I paid $100 for.
1 ★I would have liked to make an informative and well out together chart, however I was cut short because I didn't "Upgrade". It's a shame, I like this website but the fact that I cannot make a proper chart without being cut short because I didn't want to pay for a simple service has greatly disappointed me. I will find another website to use. Thank you for the failed expectations.
