1 ★Needs resetting IP everytime by rescanning the QR code. Not user friendly at all. searching by text is nearly impossible. All l can say is that this app is developed by under skilled people.

1 ★Idiotic App It requires to register the device everytime you switch off and on the setup box. The app does not allow to turn off the setup box.

1 ★Canadian Users Beware! it's not easy to get a refund if you cancel in the 7 day trial period. I got trapped in their 1 year term since they only offer trial if you get a year plan. So far they refuse to refund and told me continue with their service.

2 ★Remote not working after a day or so. To make it work again need to scan the remote encoding manually. This issue is repeating. I will give 5 rating once it's fixed.
