1 ★Installation done, but after entering the order number and email id, itcrashes, I had tried after restarting the phone, several time. Morover, theprinting of pass did shows error. So, no printing, no app for City Pass,how to Go. On trying another phone, the app and print option both goes intostart page. My phone is Moto X Play and another used for try is OnePlus 2.Both phones are fully updated.
4 ★This pass is mostly to save money for multiple activities, not for saving time as you may still have to stand in line at ticket booths. Purchasing online may show a confirmation even if credit card is declined. Cards from obscured small countries may get declined. Purchase confirmation is useless until email arrives. Email may land in spam or not be sent. I was able to sort everything out on phone with customer service. My main point is that purchasing last minute is a bit risky. If you don't get email confirmation check spam and if not there 30 min after purchase call their customer service.
5 ★Go city is a MUST if you visit Chicago. This was my first time using thisservice and it was a great experience. Their customer service is nice overthe phone. I had purchased two versions and decided to return the 5 daypass. The return process consisted of a one minute phone call and my $ wasreturned within the week. The Go card surpassed the citypass in my opinionbecause it includes so much more and even lets you use most of the servicesmultiple times (once per day). It also allows you to skip long waits.
1 ★I did 2 orders and got emails with numbers 12h later. It was too later. Now Im trying to cancel it but nobody answer my emails or even support phone. I hope after write here someone can see and call me back
2 ★This was a horrible experience. The bus personnel had us running all overto get a printed pass. AND NOT ALL THE ATTRACTIONS ADVERTISED USED IT SO WEHAD TO PAY FOR PASSES OUT OF POCKET! SO FRUSTRATING!!!
3 ★Had a complication with the purchase of our cards but this has been resolved. The best thing to do is call them because they don't seem to get back to you on email very quickly. I also have discovered that if you have queries regarding the card call them later in the day because that means you are not trying to compete with people currently trying to use their cards and wanting to contact the company during the day. We called at 8.30 at night LA time and got straight through. I will post further feedback once we have used the cards.
1 ★Tried from 3 different android phones. Crashes everytime no matter what...I am in NY and wasting time trying to fix an app to activate my tickets.Terrible.
1 ★App doesn't work. It always said "can't load order". Double-checked ordernumber and email. Android v7.0 on Galaxy S6, also tried on a differentphone. Go City Card itself is excellent, this review reflects only on theapp.
5 ★Worked great! Used it for go oahu and saved us a bunch of $. A little confusing how it worked initially but it was a good deal. Just like anything else don't buy last minute and expect immediately.
1 ★We bought the four attraction pass in Sydney, Australia on Easter Sunday. We tried to use it to tour the Sydney Opera House only to find that the Go City website was down and the tour could not honor the pass. Tried calling the Go City phone number provided only to get a recording saying that they were closed. Trusting this company ruined our day in Sydney. I strongly recommend finding a different multi pass tour company. Go City s basically a rip-off.
2 ★Need to go to ticket counter again to get tickets, wastage of time as it takes effort to just get it to attraction. Kids get restless waiting outside while you are waiting in queue for tickets ,better buy tickets from park site so that u don't wait in ticket queue
5 ★Made our vacation so much easier and we were able to see and do more things with the Go card. We bought 4 day passes to Oahu at Costco. Then installed the app to my phone. Adding our cards to the app was easy and quick. I then called and made reservations to places we wanted to go to but where space would be limited. Such as the catamaran ride, Polynesian Cultural Center luau and the Kualoa Ranch. Once in Oahu using the cards was a simple as letting the place you were at know you had a card, and handing over your phone for them to scan.
