Description

The WMS Mobile application allows drivers to easily see how many delivery orders have been assigned and where the orders need to be delivered to. Drivers can make real-time delivery order status updates through deep integration with Where’s My Suitcase and the DART Baggage Tracking System. Customers will be able to track the status of their delivery orders on the WheresMySuitcase customer website.

3 ★It would make my job easier if I could map the bdo's without assigning them. It would save time when splitting up routes

1 ★It is very obvious that the person who wrote this app has no idea what it's like to be a delivery person stuck in the middle of nowhere. The hardest part of my job is this stupid app, why does it take me six or seven different trees just to make sure that the job is closed and that the photo goes through. It should save the information and as soon as you get back to an area it should send it automatically and clear. I've worked in taxes I worked at delivery this is the worst app I've ever used.

2 ★Crashes alot. Uninstall & reinstall everything is getting aggravating

1 ★It's awful don't work write with android Motorola 5 G. Don't show color advise. Don't close the 🚚

1 ★Update: This new update tracks your whereabouts even when the app isn't in use. Check your settings and make the adjustment. Old: It seems as though system support no longer exists when you use the email in the app store.

5 ★My bag was delivered within 30 hours of my claim, after going through three airports. I'm thrilled! 👏

3 ★Why don't I have the ability to answer back passengers who are asking me a question? I am the only one delivering luggage out of my airport. This means, when I have more than I can do, I have to leave some deliveries for the next day. Your system is so stupid. It is emailing the passengers that their luggage has been delivered when it actually hasn't. Lastly, when hitting the button to finalize the delivery, sometimes nothing is uploaded, but deletes everything that was entered

1 ★On its best day it's terrible. The rest of the time, it's useless. Since my review 2 years ago, this app has impressively gotten worse. Now I have have to clear all memory every couple of hours just to log in. And like everyone else, never sure if I actually cleared a delivery. I basically just use the website to clear now. Update, forced to use this app that continues to get worse. Google needs negative stars.

5 ★It's a good app. It does crash a lot when working with my camera and sometimes the orders don't go through. But those things can be fixed and it's simple. I think we should be able to write our own drivers notes on orders. That's the only thing I would change
