3 ★I subscribed to help me learn brazilian portuguese but I think the app would be much better if I could listen to the audio while looking at the text of the book.
1 ★Have been trying to log in with substantiation for over a week now. After 6 trials, I could get in to the app. Following listening to 1 introduction chapter, I'm locked out again. I tried reaching their support but I get a bot and a message "no agents are available now" What a waste of money!!
4 ★Content and app are good. The app misses a few key things though, the most important one being an Android widget. It's very annoying having to open the app to do play, pause, rewind etc. Second one is being able to to see your listening progress in percentage from the whole and the current chapter. I think the Smart Audiobook Player app does both very well and you should take it as reference 😉.
1 ★Hi, I have been trying to subscribe since last 2 weeks, but it's giving the same error, "something went wrong on our side, please try later". I tried all available methods, but same error, Is there any solution to this?
3 ★A loooot of books are missing. Besides this, when you are reading and set up a bookmark, on the next opening it is not directing you to the right page.
3 ★Great library, but the app is lacking features. There were times I lost my place in a book due to accidental touches. Also it's weird we have to be online to create bookmarks. I have no complaints about the contents. The library is pretty big, and the quality is satisfactory.
1 ★Which clever mind suggested the removal of statistics? and which more clever person approved this smart suggestion? It clearly seems that storytel employers including the ceo do NOT use the app to read/listen books, it is very obvious. it is very user disrespecting. Among many (there are many thing that does not make sense) i will give only two examples: 1) i cannot see the total number of books i have read in total 2) the app suggests me to read books i have already read!
5 ★The graphic novels have finally started working and it's been great. However, bookmarks do not really work in it, which is a bummer. I also wish there were options to sort genre wise when we search about tags and 'similar books'. Nonetheless, an amazing app!
4 ★The Watch version has some issues. It won't sync with the phone, so you need to find where you left off the book, but... There is no way to move between episodes or move quickly inside an episode (or at least I couldn't find it.
3 ★It's a nice app when it works or when you find the book you're looking for, the when it works part is regarding the playback experience which can be frustrating sometimes, no matter what you do the book keeps loading with no end in sight and never dare to seek forward or backward cause you'll be stuck waiting for it to start playing the audio again.
1 ★I paid for subscription for 2 times.. still I am not shown as subscribed. Worst experience with the payment.
2 ★I've bought the subscription plan of 149 rupees but unable to access content. And after sometime my money is refunded. Just tell me how to buy subscription if this keeps recurring. I already tried 4 times.
