1 ★I thought I was going to get a good deal on two kayaks. I put them in my cart and they added $300 in shipping costs on top of the price of kayaks. The funny part is, I never entered my address or allowed location permission in the app, so they just slapped a $300 shipping fee on before even knowing where they were shipping it. I will never use this company's predatory shipping/pricing model again. I don't do business with companies who try to take advantage of customers.
1 ★Worked fine for over a year until now, won't let me even sign in. Not sure what happened but with my new phone, I get "Access Denied", despite being able to sign in on a browser. Disappointing but not surprising, since Android support seems to always come last. I'll change my rating if they fix this app!
1 ★SHAM!, IF neg retings allowed id give a -5 star review...I was Charged $17.99 for a $12.99 item, I bought the $13 item -they just marked it up $5 AFTER purchase because they felt like it. The item search input box has not worked for a year you type a letter in and 5-8 random ones show up you hit delete and 5 more pop up!!! App is junk, has been for more than 10 years. C.S. does NOT CARE! Rating is actually negative 10.. you select "only show available" & it still shows ALL unavailable products.
2 ★Not a great shopping experience. Won't show me local stores, so can't see what's available in store. When I try to search for stores, says there are no stores within 100 miles, even though there are 16 stores within 100 miles. Also slow to load cart, integration with rewards/promos seems wonky, and search results show things that are unavailable.
1 ★This app is junk. The filters never work, I always get the message "unable to find what you're looking for." The search bar never finds what you type. The only thing this app is good for is to track your rewards.
1 ★Chat part sucks, if you leave the app while in chat disco you. ALSO found out their reward system sucks. Bought $600 club, was told I get $80 gift card/ points. I got the points but no one told me they expire in two months, so when I wanted to finally use them for Christmas it was to late. They said sorry the expired and also your past the 90 window to send in petition to reactivate by like 2 weeks. So I guess I'm just SOL. Never shopping here again, is no one mentioned when they had to be used.
1 ★I have placed multiple orders tells me product is available and 3 days later it's cancelled reason unavailable, sad part is always cost me more money because prices change by the time they canceled my order these has happened 2x's on 3 products it's sad when u talk with someone they say sorry want something that now cost more instead of trying2 make right never count on item or paying the price it was at the time of order Promo codes become no good because its expired by the time u find out 🤔
1 ★HORRIBLE.. SIMPLY HORRIBLE APP. I notice MANY COMPLAINTS about trying to sign in only to have access denied! I have installed then deleted it as directed, then reinstalled... then deleted FOUR TIMES NOW!!! Called customer service. Was told to try to uninstall then reinstall. All I get is ACCESS DENIED!!!!!!!!!! I finally gave up and made my purchases at Cabellas WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! HORRIBLE APP. FIRE THE DEVELOPERS!!!!
1 ★you WILL NOT GET YOUR 20 off a 100. You can wait up to 2 days to receive in an email. So, really, how useful is that when you download an app, you expect to use it then!! Tried to chat on the app, all he wanted to do was I give them All my information to the automated chat so they could place the order. I don't feel safe in doing this. So in short if you want the money off DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app for that reason. I also did not find it very easy to use, or informative on the products.
1 ★All of a sudden when I try to sign into app I get a error, it's says "I don't have permission to sign into this server" try uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing happens. Had this app for years Dick's. Fix it!
1 ★Worthless app. The search function is horrible. I search binoculars and it takes me straight to a t-shirt. I search for nikon and no binoculars show up even though it was one one the recommended items for me. Dick's stop being a store if this is how you are going to be anymore. Who runs this place.
1 ★I can't connect my Fitbit and see my "Move" progress. However, I receive notifications. I have tried my Android and iPhone. Now I'm loosing my patience with companies releasing garbage app versions.
