Von Hilfsbereitschaft zu echter Hilfe: Mit der ENSURE-App.Die ENSURE-App ist Bestandteil des gleichnamigen Forschungsprojektes, bei dem Möglichkeiten erforscht werden, wie Sie sich, als sogenannte ungebundene Spontanhelfer, in der Katastrophenhilfe ehrenamtlich engagieren können, ohne gleich dauerhaft Mitglied in einer Hilfsorganisation zu werden. Mit dieser App kann freiwillige Hilfsbereitschaft von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern besser koordiniert und zielgenau als echte Hilfe eingesetzt werden. Die im Forschungsprojekt entwickelten Methoden werden nun in Berlin in einem großen Feldversuch unter realen Bedingungen getestet.
Während des Großfeldversuchs werden von Juli bis Dezember 2016 fiktive Einsatzszenarien eingespielt, um Erkenntnisse hinsichtlich des Antwortverhaltens, der Reaktionszeiten und der zeitlichen Verfügbarkeit der Mithelfenden sowie der Massentauglichkeit des technischen Systems zu gewinnen.
Die Nutzung des Systems für einen echten Einsatz, z.B. in der Flüchtlingshilfe oder nach einem großflächigen Unwetterereignis, ist bedarfsorientiert möglich. In diesem Fall entscheidet die Einsatzleitung der Berliner Feuerwehr, ob die professionellen Einsatzkräfte durch freiwillige Helfer unterstützt werden können und alarmiert dann die benötigte Anzahl freiwilliger Helfer hinzu.
Die App verfügt über folgende Funktionen:
• Aktive Benachrichtigungen (Push-Meldungen) über aktuelle Einsätze
• Möglichkeit zur Annahme oder Ablehnung eines Einsatzes
• Feedback-Funktion für Rückmeldungen an den App-Dienstleister
Das ENSURE-Forschungsprojekt wird vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung gefördert.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
