Tata Docomo eKYC enables existing customer re-verification as well as onboarding and subsequent activation for a new Tata Docomo customer. The app helps make both processes paperless, fast and efficient by relying on the customer’s Aadhaar unique identification number (UID) and biometric (fingerprint) authentication.The eKYC app enables replacing of physical forms with pre-authenticated government provided data authentication that is more user friendly and efficient.
To activate customers through this app, you will require:
1. To be registered with Tata Docomo as authorized Retail outlet for initiating eKYC and Reverification of existing customers
2. Access to android based handset with OTG-USB cable
3. Access to registered biometric device with drivers that are supported by Tata Docomo eKYC App
4. Application Supports Mantra, Morpho, Startech and Secugen Devices
