1 ★I have installed your app on my samsung j7 pro, I am using your broadband wifi service, but when I enter my account numer it says invalid account number Why is that so, I tried this multiple times and everytime it failed very poor and third class experience with you app.

4 ★worst ever app. if only they work on something other than looting public's money it would have been something else. even smaller companies do care about these small things. I really dont understand this conpany which boasts to be somebody for industrial revolution in this country. May be it passed away at the time of founder.

1 ★very very poor app .. im leaving docomo forever very bad service. i am using docomo since 9 years and suddenly they have stop my outgoing calls giving me reason that resubmit you documents and i did that but still 8 days are passed my service is not started and thay are also not allowing me to port becouse all outgoing calls and massages are blocked and when i asked them what is the reason behind such an action they said that you make too many calls a day thats why u have to resubmit documents

1 ★Instead of wasting your precious time in replying with standard reply format just work on the issue and resolve it faster. Why don't you treat this as a feedback instead of asking us to write email again to your email id? After jio entered you people should close down in near future if you show this attitude

I have selected my wife's phone number for recharge but this app chosen my father number for recharge. waste of money. please show the number that we selected for recharge always top of the page during recharge process.

1 ★One of the worst performing apps on the store. Because he got fed up of the f***ers he has to work with, even Ratan Tata had to go away from this mess of a compaby called Tata Broadband.
