1 ★Customer care service is worst.You can not talk them directly. And chat support will give you reply after 2 hrs. Initially they gave very good service.But in one of my order my amount was deducted but order not confirmed. I requested them. They refunded my whole amount with my existing subscription of milk. The canceled my milk subscription without my consent. And customer care service is worst. You can not call until you have not raised any ticket. Worst experience ever.!!!!!!!!
1 ★The order is not delivered and in app it's showing delivered and on top of that even after raising a concern no action is taken nor is the order delivered. If service is not possible at certain location it should be mentioned in app. So much of harassment. Also the delivery person will call so many times inspite of giving instructions of no bell ringing...
1 ★This app has shoddy. Has several serious issues. For app based booking it won't let you to place order via direct payment. You need to add amount first to wallet and order paid only via wallet. This feature is clearly circumvent underlying laws. If account activated in more than one device, app can't have shopping cart replicated in each. What kind of integrity test this app gone through God only knows. Their support is always busy. On chat service response on average after two hours.
1 ★I really wanted to give a 5 star until I had this bad experience. I availed an offer but at the end of transaction, I got redirected to payment page again saying one of the products is unavailable. This made me lose the offer and the money stuck in wallet. I wished to avail the offer so I asked for a refund the money to my account. I raised a request but they refunded the other transactions where I lost the discount money. Customer support is horrible and replies with bot messages.
1 ★Within a short span of time, service is going from worse to worst. No seroiusness in supply. No timing. Not even supply of milk after sucking the miney in advance. Repeated calls to customer care number have no positive result. I feel you guys are overloaded with business ans not able to handle. No response on chat No response on call. The behaviour and attitude of staff worst than you can imagine. Hope you will improve your service otherwise will have to discontinue the relationship.
1 ★Cust service dont reply to chat after 2 hours wait. I was promised that missing milk will be delivered next day but not delivered and no refund issued. They do not deliver after 7am. This app is of no use to me or customers who cannot take delivery before 7am. They only deliver between 5 to 7am.
1 ★First impression wasn't good. My money got debited and no order was placed. I paid through UPI, I called and after speaking to someone in the customer care they assured me of the refund through the same channel, it was refunded however to the supr wallet and not to the bank directly. When I paid through UPI and got debited from bank then they should refund it to the bank as per the agent I spoke to before. I don't know if I will be able to trust them again.
1 ★3days and issue id 392270 still not solved. No proper delivery time slot. Some time you get order at 5A.M some time @ 7 and some time even at 9 A.M You can not contact delivery person as number is not provided. You can not pay directly from the card or wallets. First you have to add money in supr wallet to pay for the order. No Cod option. Your refund will always come in supr wallet no matter if you pay with credit or debit card. Lastly very slow customer care.
3 ★It was good earlier. Now a customer has to wait holding mobile endlessly to register complaint regards poor quality items. This seems to be the only company who chooses whether or not to talk to customers to redress complaint. Even after hours, the chat bot still goes on showing"Typically replying within a few minutes". This is really distressing. The company decides whether or not to issue the Ticket for complaint. This shows it doesn't believe customer.(Issue resolved, refund received, now 3*)
4 ★I am Supr customer close to 3 years. I rate a 4 star, as far as I have seen there are issues in delivery at some times, however I understand that where there is supply chain business there are issues. But you people are trying your best to resolve the issues, and in most of the cases I got a positive response. So thank you for giving a 4 star rating services. And hope you people will achieve 5 star soon. And finally the website is very slow since I started using it, this need to be addressed.
1 ★Never use this app. Customer service is non responsive. Reached out for assistance, as money got deducted but order not placed. Multiple issues raised, but didn't hear back anything from online chat, the issues raised does not show up in ALL ISSUES section as well. Hence could not reach out to customer call via call. Buggy app it is
1 ★Very third grade app. Donot deliver items. Totally insensitive about need of customers. If you subscribe any of the item daily, every alternate day you will definitely face problem. worst app to use. Please don't use it. I am really fed up of regular complaints and non deliver of items.
